Remus' POV

Finally, Remus reached the portrait hole. "Amaryllis!" he shouted, waking the Fat Lady in the painting. She moodily swung forward, obviously upset that she had been awakened, nonetheless allowing him entrance to the Gryffindor Common Room.
In his groggy mind, Remus barely knew what he was doing. The firewhiskey still burned at the back of his throat, and he had a pounding headache already. Remus began walking up the stairs leading to his dormitory, nearly tripping up them.
As he reached his dormitory, Remus shook his head quickly in an attempt to clear it. As his headache grew worse, he realized that he couldn't quite remember what he was doing in his dormitory. His mind seemed so cloudy that the simplest tasks seemed difficult. Remus remembered that he was carrying (F/N).
"(F/N)," Remus said. There was no response. He shifted the girl in his arms so she was facing him. Her head gently turned toward him. (F/N) was asleep, her chest gently rising and falling. Remus instinctively placed her on his bed, messily covering her with a blanket before falling onto the bed next to her.
Remus didn't even cover himself with a blanket. He was asleep within seconds, exhausted from the night's exciting events.

Your POV

It all seemed too familiar. Once again, you were waking up with a pounding headache in Remus' bed not remembering the previous night. You immediately bolted upright in bed and looked down at yourself, sighing in relief when you realized you still had your red dress on from the night before. You didn't trust your drunk self, especially with Remus around looking so attractive.
Remus was sleeping next to you, barely on the bed at all. He was lying on his stomach, one hand under his cheek in place of a pillow. His face was turned toward you, and he looked downright adorable. His sandy blonde hair was sloppy, his bow tie loose around his neck.
You lay back down, facing Remus this time. Until you felt drowsy once more, you watched him sleep. By the time you were sleeping, you had memorised every detail of his face. The contour of his jawline, the curve of his cheekbones, the handful of freckles dotting his nose, the minute scars scattered all across his face. Just as you fell asleep, you slid your hand into his. And thus you slept peacefully, sharing breaths with him in the small bed you occupied.
                                     ———
You woke for the second time that day, this time immediately seeing Remus' bright green eyes. He smiled at you, murmuring, "Morning, (F/N). So this is what a hangover feels like. Definitely not a fun time."
You returned his smile and responded, "Do we need to get up? I'm exhausted."
"I am too. Let's just stay in bed today, eh?"
"Someone is going to need to get the coffee and breakfast though," you said while raising your eyebrows, hinting at who that 'someone' might be.
Remus mockingly rolled his eyes and dramatically grumbled, "I know, I know." He rolled out of bed, quite literally, and fell on the floor.
You burst into a fit of giggles before peering over the side of the bed, making eye contact with Remus. "You alright down there?"
"Haha, very funny. Laugh at the hungover guy," Remus retorted, despite wearing a small smile. He pulled himself up with the help of the bed. "Merlin, is my head supposed to feel like this?"
"Welcome to the wonders of alcohol. First stop, headache central," you said in a mock-cheery voice. In a more serious tone you added, "Don't worry. The coffee and breakfast will help. But of course you have to grab it first!" You shot him a look, raising your eyebrows and smirking. He gave you one right back.
"I suppose I'd better change first. It'd look quite strange if I went down like this," Remus laughed, motioning to his wrinkled clothes from the night before. He walked across the room to his trunk and knelt down, opening the top.
Whilst he began to rustle through the trunk for clothes, you asked him, "Can I borrow something? I don't feel like grabbing my own clothes for the day since yours are so close."
"Of course," he replied, tossing you a pair of his boxers and one of his t-shirts. "I'm not making any promises that they'll fit though." For himself, Remus pulled out a pair of pyjama pants and a similar t-shirt. As he removed his tie, Remus turned away from you. You could see his arms progressively move downwards as he unbuttoned his shirt. He slipped it off, revealing his muscular back. There were scars running all over it, forming a spiderweb of lines. He quickly put on his t-shirt.
You realized that you were staring, and quickly began trying to take off your dress while still remaining under the blankets. It was more difficult than you expected. In your sleep, the dress had somehow become completely twisted beginning around your lower back. The twisting only got worse the further down the fabric was toward your toes. The back of the dress eventually became the front and vice versa. It wasn't exactly the greatest situation to be in. Especially because you were trying to remain modest underneath the blanket.
You continued to attempt to wriggle out of it, all the while keeping yourself covered with the blanket. You heard Remus chuckle and you glanced up to see him watching you, arms crossed over his chest, an amused expression on his face.
"Do you mind?" you asked moodily.
He continued laughing, saying, "Sorry, but I can't help it. Watching you struggle is kind of amusing." You raised your eyebrows at him, making a face that showed you were questioning his maturity. He asked kindly while smiling, "Do you want help?"
"I'm perfectly fine by myself, thank you very much." You struggled for a few more moments, finally giving up with a frustrated groan. "Ugh, just hex this stupid thing off of me." You threw the blanket off in frustration.
He laughed and bent down to help you. "Well, Gryffindors certainly aren't known for their patience." He began to start un-twisting the dress, returning it to its proper position. Even Remus struggled at this task. "Merlin, what did you do to the poor dress?!"
After quite a few minutes of struggling, your red dress was more or less back to where it was supposed to be. "I think I can take it from here. Thanks, Remus," you smiled at him. "Now go get our food!" You turned him around toward the door by his shoulders and gave him a slight push on his back.
He laughed and replied, "I'll be back soon, (F/N). Try and wait for me!"
While he was gone, you changed your clothes into the outfit Remus had given you. It certainly was too big, but you rather liked it that way. No one could deny that it was a comfortable outfit, perfect for a day of lounging in bed.
Afterward, you sat there waiting for him, rather bored. You took note of the fact that none of the other three boys who share the room with Remus were there. Probably should've checked that sooner, you thought to yourself.
You decided to lay back down for lack of something better to do. Within minutes of doing so, you were asleep once more.
