The royal guard is missing, Grillby is missing. Try not to panic, don't panic. Maybe something had happened, and they went to take care of it. And it happened to have Grillby involved.

Stupid.

Of course that's not it. Then what? I decided to go back home. That's when I got a call on my cell. I slip it out of my pocket, and see it's Alphys. I answer, a little shaken but my facade keeps it's stance.
"Hello?"
"Sans! Finally, I got a hold of you. Grillby had come down with something, and he wanted me to tell you that he's fine, he caught a glimpse of you going to the restaurant through my cameras. Are you okay?"

I paused for a moment. I wanted a drink. I thought my friend was in trouble, and I reacted the wrong way. I was to panicky, something else was getting to me. Why was I so jittery? This doesn't happen for no reason. I'm worked up over something. Something I don't remember.
"...Sans..?"
"Oh, uh, yeah, sorry Alphie. I'm fine, I'm okay, don't worry."

There is only one reason I wouldn't remember. Someone did this purposely. Maybe somebody else knows.
