A sharp breath left Venus's mouth as she shoots up from her bed coughing, her hands went up to her throat as if she had this lingering feeling of someone's hands around her throat. She felt so foreign to her own bed that she started to look around, everything was the same as before but her. There was this smell of burnt wood lingering around her nose. The uneasiness much greater than her - led her to get out of her bed. She was panicking, something wasn't right, something had changed. There was this weight on her heart as if it was being crushed down by a mountain. Her chest went up and down as she took deep breaths, feeling as if she was underwater suffocating. Her hand on her heart as her legs felt like noodles as her knee hit the white carpet in the middle of her room.

She was overwhelmed with not knowing what to do, this wasn't like her normal anxiety attacks, it didn't bear the same feeling, it was not because of her dream even though this was the first time she remembered something and nor was it depression or any circumstances but because it felt like something was missing - something she desperately longed for. She felt as if she was losing her mind, she was scared of her own thoughts and feelings. She laid hunched over on the floor with the support of her fist. She was sobbing, something was terribly wrong with her.

"Mom!" she shouted in desperation.

It was a while before her mom appeared in her robes, still rubbing her eyes from her sleep as she pushed open the door to Venus's room. As her eyes landed on her daughter hunched over, all the tiredness vanished as she hurried over.

"Venus, deep breaths- deep breaths." Mrs. Fell called out to her husband, it wasn't much they could do but call a family friend, Dan who was a doctor. He usually helped them whenever Venus would have some sort of anxiety attack. But this time it was severe.

Mrs. Fell sat on the side of Venus's bed as she moved a few strands of hair from Venuses face, who was burning from a fever and sweating as she lay asleep. Mr. Fell approached his wife from behind, he knew how much she needed him at a time like this. It always frightened them whenever their only daughter had to go through things like this.

"Minerva don't cry," Andrew said softly hugging his wife from behind. He knew how much it saddened his wife seeing their daughter like this.

"How can I not" she turned around looking at him with teary eyes. Even though it had become a common occurrence, it still upset Mrs. Fell the same.

"I know but don't you think you being like this saddens her more."

"I know but I can't help it, it's because of us. We should have taken actions since she was young, then she wouldn't have gotten bullie-" But their conversation was cut short as Dan entered the room, returning from the bathroom.

"Would you like to have breakfast?" Mrs. Fell asked wiping her tears and getting up from the bed leaving her husband embrace. She didn't look Dan in the eyes as she passed him and went downstairs. Dan and Andrew didn't say much and slowly followed after her.

The three of them sat around the table having some bacon and eggs. They had a few small talks but Andrew and Dan were mostly talking. Mrs. Fell wasn't feeling that well, the first thing she had seen nine in the morning was her daughter having an anxiety attack. Dan noticed the dull look on Minerva's face. He took a sip of his coffee and cleared his throat.

"So.. there's a thing that I have been thinking about that might- help Venuses situation," Dan said knowing he had to bring it up. He had been trying for a year to find something that would make things easier for Venus. This was the last thing he could come up with.

Dan had Mr. and Mrs. Fell's full attention, Dan hesitated but said it anyways "I think it would be best if Venus got a bit change in scenery."

Mrs. Fell looked at her husband with a smile, "A holiday would be nice." But before Andrew could replay Dan interrupted. "No, I think she needs time to herself away from any sort of familiarity." Mrs. Fell's smile fell.
