"First things first. What was that color flying creature that helps you get away from us the other day?" Thin asked as he sat down on a log, trying to catch his breath. Tomas shortly sat right next to him, "What are you talking about?" Tomas replied making pretend he didn't know what Thin was referring to. "Look, I won't tell anyone. I saw it and Johnny saw it too, he got scared and I didn't. I thought everything that happens was awesome, it hurt a little, but it was awesome." explained Thin "I really don't know what it was, but his name is Lukie. This is why I came out here hoping to see him again before I head home." replied Tomas
"Well you won't find him out here." said Thin as he puts his head down, and stares at the ground as he talks. "What do you mean?" Tomas asked as he stands up. "Wait, don't look at me that way. bully kids not cute colorful flying fairies." said Thin "So, what do you know that I don't? I see you do know what it is. So what do you want? Bullies always want something." said Tomas as he picks up his bike and gets ready to leave. "Boy, I don't want anything. But I do know something. But before I tell you, you must promise me, you not going to think I'm part of this." explained Thin
"This doesn't sound good. I promised, so tell me what you know," said Tomas as he dropped his bike and sat back down. "Last night, I noticed that my father was acting weird. I want to see what he was up too, so I followed him to his office. Before he was able to push me out of the office, I saw these bright beautiful lights. Then I saw your friend from the other day. Well, I think that was him. He did wave at me and somehow we communicated." explained Thin "What do you mean you saw him in your father office?" replied Tomas "It looks as though my father caught him with a jar." replied Thin "What you saying is that your father has Lukie trapped in a jar and it's not your fault." said Tomas who was now very upset.
"It isn't my fault. He caught him, while I was home having dinner. So you can't blame me for that. Besides, your friend is acting like his death, hoping that my father will throw him away. But that's not going to happen. He knows people that will pour alcohol into the jar and preserve him forever. Then they charge others just to see him." explained Thin. "We can't let that happen! Lukie saved and protected me, so I must also save and protect him," replied Tomas as he again grabbed his bike. Picked up all of the items off the ground and placed them back in the basket. "Do you happen to know which way they went?" Tomas asked "Of course, I've gone before to sell things off with my dad. We need to go on the mine road and go left." replied Thin "Well, what are you waiting for, jump on, we have a fairy to save." said Tomas
Thin jumped on the back of Tomas' bike. Then quickly up the main road, they both went on the bike.
