Mark was confused by the last thing he remembered was when he was in his truck crossing the bridge. "Who's doing this? Get me down from here!" he yelled as he moved around trying his best to get to the ground below.
Then out of the water came a large which looked like a drop of water, flying in Mark's direction. "Boys help me down. What in the world is that?" he said as he stared at the floating water fairy. He looked closely than he saw him. His image, his face, clear as water, "What are you?" he said as he looked deeper into the large drop.
Lukie shook himself like a dog when his wet. Why he shook, the water within his body began to splash out directly towards Mark. "Dad watch it incoming!" yelled Thin from down below Where he and Tomas were watching in amazement. Mark turned and look when the water splashed on his face as Lukie continued to wiggle the water out of his body. Within minutes he began's to become solid. The glow of his wings was the first thing that Mark spotted. "Wait a minute. Don't I know you?" he asked as the water fairy flown around in front of him.
"You sure do know me. But sir, you aren't a nice man. You know what I talking about. But, I'll forgive you anyway." said the fairy as he took out his flute and played his magical music. Slowly Mark began to come down stepping on the ground softly. Mark was a bit nerve but he didn't move and let the music do its job. "Wow, this feels normal. What's going on? And who let my fairy out of the jar." he said as he looked around for his truck.
The boys began to laugh. "Dad, do you remember anything?" asked Thin, "I told you last thing I remember I was taking that to a friend. You know I had you already sold." said Mark "Mr. Mark sir with all due respect. That thing you are pointing at is a Water Fairy. His name is Lukie." said Tomas
"I know he's a water fairy! That's why I had him sold! Now I going to have to catch him again." said Mark angry still looking around for his truck. "Dad! What in the world is wrong with you? Fine, I understand you don't remember, that you drove you dumb truck into the dumb water. You then were stuck in the truck drowning, when we free the water fairy that just saves you dumb life! You should be saying thank you! Not figuring out how to catch in a jar again!" yelled Thin as he stood up to his father nonsense.
Mark's temperament suddenly calms down. He voice was loud anymore. "What? This why I was throwing up water? Wait, I do remember a little now. He glanced at the boys, then at Lukie with a sorry expression on his face, then he slowly smiled.
"So, you weird looking flying thing. Is it true you save me?' he muttered slowly Lukie flew towards him and floated right in front of him, "Yes sir, it's true. Although you were a bit mean, you are a living thing and every living thing is here for a reason. It was my job to save you. It's just the way life goes." explained the colorful water fairy.
"But, I was about to sell you. The only thing on my mind was the money. You were laying there, and I didn't even care if you were alive or not. Why?" he asked "Well, I saw that Thin was going to help me, and your son is nothing but a bully, which I don't blame him, I can see where he gets it from. But if a bully can be nice, I figured maybe you can also be nice. But for a minute there, I really thought I've lost you." explained Lukie still flying around with his bright colors lighting up as he flew around.
"Wow, I'm that bad. Sorry about that and thank you for believing that my life was worth saving. But can I ask you one thing?' he said with a smile "Ask away." replied Lukie "Where's my truck?' Mark asked still glancing around. "Well, sir. Thin should I tell him or should you?" said the fairy. "I'll let you tell him," replied Thin "Well sir, your truck is at the bottom of the river. Remember that's how you got in the water in the first place." explained Lukie
"Oh, no! Now, I'll be out of work, until I buy another truck or try to pull the old truck out, which will be impossible," said Mark as he looked down at the river's water. Tomas and Thin both looked at each other, feeling bad for Mark. Then Lukie had an idea.
"Listen here, Mr. Mark. I'll make a deal with you. I bring your truck up and out of the river. But you must promise me that you won't ever sell any living creatures that roamed around free in the forest. We are here for a reason. If you destroy the balance of life, you will slowly destroy the grounds we live on and like the dinosaurs, we'll sone be gone forever. We can let that happen. Also, you can't tell anyone about what happened here today. Although they won't believe anyway, might even stick you in the nut house, but never the less, never speak about me, period. Now if you can do those two little things, I take you money maker out of the river's waters." suggested the fairy as he flew up over to the center of the river, waiting for Mark to give him his answer.
