Two weeks after the party.

Being a wolf was now a normality to me and I loved being able to run around the forest, me and Stuart have been getting on great his parents have been letting me stay with them, and tonight stuart was taking me on our first proper date, we still hadn't marked each other yet, but maybe tonight would be the night.

My parents or should I say the people who stole me haven't even tried to contact me that's how much I mean to them, Libby still doesn't know my secret I think she would freak out if I told her.

Well today was Monday and I'm getting ready for school

" hurry up polly we are going to be late" Stuart shouted up the stairs, he was really bossy and moody in the mornings

" I'm coming stop rushing me" I shouted back, I finished off putting my hair up and made my way down stairs.

" Morning dear, here have some bacon and eggs before you leave, got to keep your strength up" kara laughed she was just like a mum to me.

After finishing up we grabbed our bags and headed out the door, the drive to school was quiet apart from me singing all the wrong words to the songs on the radio,

" Stuart  you ok you seem quiet this morning?" I asked alittle worried I had upset him.

" I'm fine just thinking about our date tonight hoping I have got everything just right, I want it to be a night you will remember" he smiled, god I loved this boy.

We pulled up in front of the school Libby was waiting for me

"hey you ok?" she asked,

"yeah good you? what happened to you at the weekend? I didn't get one text or call?" I asked, normally she texts me constantly.

" I went to sam's party, you know the sixth former you first saw talking to stuart? anyhow I meet someone and you never guess what he is starting school here today, his name is Alex he should be here any moment."

As if on cue this boy came round the corner, he was a wolf I could smell him but he wasn't part of the golden moon pack Stuart let out alittle snarl

" what is wrong with you?" I whispered to him

" he is a rogue" Stuart snarled again,

we couldn't do anything about it as the school was neutral ground and there were different packs here.

This alex was around six foot tall, quite slim and had light brown hair and I could see why libby liked him as soon as he smiled, mind you he was nothing compared to my Stuart.

"hi Libby thanks for waiting I hate starting a new school" he then turned to me and stuart

"hey I'm Alex"

" hi I'm polly and this is Stuart" I said not wanting to be rude as Stuart had no intention of talking to him, but I had to make an effort for Libby sake even if it is just to make sure she is safe.

We studied Alex's timetable, me and him had all classes together, this didn't please stuart, we all had first period together so we walked into school.

Me and Libby dropped back from the guys abit

" so what do you think?" Libby asked me

" yeah I can see why you like him" I smiled

" Polly I have never felt this way about a guy before it's strange seems I have just meet him" libby said blushing slightly.

This didn't sound good, this Alex was a wolf and Libby definitely wasn't, there could only be one outcome for Libby, heart break cause surely a wolf couldn't have a human mate could they? "
