Chapter 22

Jake's Pov
When Erika asked me that I freaked out because I couldn't lie to her I never lie to her.

E: jake...JAKE

J: huh oh uh yeah

E: tell who what Jake

J: Tell you that I'm moving to New York in a week

Erika got all teary eyed and looked like she was about to break down.

E: what, why

J: my dad has a new job opportunity and he took it.

E: how long have you known

J: 3 weeks

Just then Erika slapped me across the face. And tears started streaming down her face.

E: why didn't you tell me, why did Chanthony have to convince you? What happened to telling each other everything.

She started hitting me and pushing me while crying, and I just stood there letting it happened.

E: I hate you,

J: Erika..

E: no shut up, I love you and you didn't tell me.

By now I was confused so I just hugged her while she was crying in my chest soaking my shirt.

J: I'm sorry

Mackenzie's Pov
Erika has been having a lot of mood swings these past few days and I have an Idea of what it could be. I pulled Erika back from their hug.

J: what the hell Mack

M: Erika I need to talk to you know

I pulled Erika into the Janitors Closet.

M: is there anything to need to tell me Erika

E: what do you mean

M: I don't know maybe something you might be hiding...even from Jake

Erika looked down and fidgeted with her fingers.

M: Erika are you pregnant

E: yes

She started crying and I pulled her into a tight hug. (Btw Anthony and Mackenzie broke up they found out that they didn't really like another they were just lonely, back to the story)

E: I'm scared Mack

M: I know

Erikas head shot up and she pulled away from the hug.

M: what happened

E: I know you and Jake are bestfriends and you don't keep secrets from each other, but this is where I need you most.

M: what do you mean

E: you can't tell Jake

M: I'm not gonna tell him but he'll find out some how

E: no he won't

M: what do you mean

E: I'm gonna get an abortion.

M: have you lost your fucking mind Erika.

E: I know it's bad, but I'm 17 Mackenzie, the school already thinks I'm a man stealing hoe.

M: fine but I'm coming with you

E: why?

M: because I'm your bestfriend and you are going to need support.

E: thank you so much Mack.

We hug and walk back to her locker with the boys.

Erikas Pov
I just told Mackenzie that I'm pregnant, like I didn't tell anyone but her, not even the father.

J: is everything okay

E: yeah of course

J: are you mad at me

E: no I'm sorry just a side affect of my medicine.

J: oh okay.

I hug Jake, peck him on the lips, and look at him and smile.

E: I love you

J: I love you too

*Time skip to the day before Jake leaves*

Today is going to be one eventful day, getting an abortion and telling Jake that we should break up. It's killing me just thinking about it, Chanthony is going with Jake so it's just me and Mack.

E: Jake I really need to talk to you.

J: okay shoot

E: I think you should sit down.

J: is this another pregnant prank

E: *nervous laugh* no it's worse

J: alright

E: I think we should break up

J: what

E: it's just you're moving and...

J: wait no no no, please don't do this Erika

E: it's because you're moving and long distance relationships never work.

J: well-

E: we can't make it work Jake, everyone says that. We aren't going to be able to see each other for 2 years. That's a long time.

J: I thought you Loved me.

E: I do Love you more than anything in the world, but I promise one day we will be brought back together. We can still be friends.

J: no Erika we can't...

E: Jake...

J: I think you should leave.

I leave the house. I did the right thing didn't I ?

*After abortion and next day at airport*

M: bye Jake *hugs*

J: bye Mack

M: bye Chanthony *hugs*

Chanthony: bye Mack bye Erika

E: bye ILY

Me and Jake made direct eye contact but he looked away, and I looked down and cried silently.

Jake's Pov
After we said all of our goodbyes I looked at Erika who was also looking at me but then I looked away. I heard crying and I see Erika with her head down and Mack hugging her. Until I walked up and pulled Mack back from the hug and hugged Erika tighter than ever.

J: I love you so so so much Erika

E: I love you too

She looked up and I kissed her I know she isn't my girlfriend anymore but she is still my everything, oh and she kissed back, but our kiss got broken by the intercom saying that my flight was boarding.

J: bye I love you

E: I love you too

Erikas Pov
When Jake and Chanthony walked off I looked at Mack and we were both crying, so we hugged.

M: I'm gonna miss them so much Rik

E: I know Mack me too, me too...

Hey bitches, okay so I'm not the person who usually writes the big time skips but I was wondering if you would me mad if I did a 4 year time skip, yeah I know it's a long time but I promise It'll be worth it. Have I ever let you guys down???
