Chapter 25

Erikas Pov
Jake sat there quiet while I waited for his answer.

J: oh you and Mack yeah I missed you guys alot

He completely dodged my question

E: Jake you know what I mean...did you miss me or us? *points to me and Jake*

J: I..I don't know Erika

E: well I have to go to my hotel room and I'll stay one more day just so you can figure out your feeling or whatever because I have to do the same.

I went back to my hotel room to see Scotty gone with a letter.

Erika,

     I'm breaking up with you because I feel our love isn't there anymore, and I saw the way you looked at Jake. I wasn't scared that he was still in love with you, I was scared that you were still in love with him. I'm sorry to break up with you this way but I had to I'm sorry...

When I saw this I broke down in Tears. I didn't know what to do, but then I looked over and saw a bottle of whiskey.

Jake's Pov
We were all still at the pool actually swimming this time but now Sunny was with us. When Erika came running to the pool drunk off her ass, when I saw this I knew something went wrong.

E: HEY EVERYBODY! WOOOOHOOOOO!

M: Erika let's go home.

E: I FEEL LIKE EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THIS *GIGGLES* MY BOYFRIEND BROKE UP WITH ME BECAUSE HE THINKS I'M STILL IN LOVE WITH MY EX!

By now she was standing on a table

J: Erika get down now

Erika gets real close to me and whispers

E: *whispering* do you want me to get down so we go in the bathroom again.

J: Erika I think you should go with Mackenzie

E: what you don't want me anymore, because you really really wanted me in that bathroom today.

My eyes widened and I turned around to see M.A.C with wide eyes and Sunny on her phone thank God she didn't hear that.

E: jake

J:....

E: Jakey!

J: WHAT ERIKA!

She broke down in tears and fell into Macks arms. And Mack glared at me.

M: why the fuck would you tell at her at a time like this Jake

J: I'm sorry

E: *crying* why does this always happen to me Mack, he left me

M: I'm so sorry Rik.

E: I wanna go home. Nathan (videoographer/assistant) find me the nearest plane to California.

J: what?! No!

Erika just ignored me and kept talking to Mack they were on the ground by now.

E: everyone leaves me Mack, my dad, Neels cheated on me, Jake left me, Scott left me, I'm starting to think I'm the problem.

M: yo-

J: you're not the problem Erika

Erika looked at me like she wanted kill me.

Erikas Pov
When Jake said I wasn't the problem I felt like myself again like it broke the drunkness or something.

E: then why did you leave me Jake, you promised you would never leave.

J: I had no choice.

E: Yes you did you could've just asked to stay with me. We practically lived together anyways. You left at the worst possible time in my life.

J: I didn't know you were pregnant

E: YEAH BUT YOU KNEW THAT MY SISTER AND MOM HAD DIED!!!

When Erika screamed that's when Sunny looked up.

J: I KNOW THEY DIED ERIKA!! WHEN THEY DIED IT HURT YOU MOST BUT IT HURT ME TOO, TO SEE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE NOT SMILE OR EVEN LOOK AT ME FOR WEEKS, AND IT HURT ME EVEN MORE WHEN I HAD TO LEAVE!!!

E: you could've stayed and you know that, but you didn't.. you left me. Did Mack tell you once to left I missed like 1 1/2 months of school, did she tell you that she caught me 4 times trying to end my life because you were gone, did she tell you that everyone in that school called me a slut everyday after you left, did she tell you that I didn't even eat for weeks? I loved you and you left, and...I..I Still Love You!

I stood there shocked. Erika was crying while hugging Mack. She went to walk away but I stopped her...I grabbed Erikas wrist and hugged her tight and she dug her head in my chest.

J: please don't cry Erika

E: you left me Jake, you Left me

J: I know and I'm so sorry.

E: I needed you Jake and you were gone.

J: I know and I promise that I'll never leave again.

E: it's too late you have a wonderful girlfriend who is also and wonderful person. I can't call you mine anymore, so I'll just go back to Cali..and don't worry I'm not going to try to kill myself Mack took all of my knives.

J: Erika...

E: Goodbye Jake

She kissed me on the cheek and walked off, I put my head down and then Looked at Sunny who didn't look mad nor happy she looked like she found what she needed. M.A.C came up to me and hugged me. I was so scared thinking was this the last time I'm see her?
