There's a student walk-out nationwide occurring on March the fourteenth, at 10 AM for seventeen minutes to protest gun violence. One minute for each of the people killed.
One gun. Seventeen dead.
...
Lives were lost.
All because of one person holding one gun.
This has to stop.
Despite any repercussions, I am going to stand up against gun violence. What happened in Florida wasn't okay, and we shouldn't go on pretending like it never happened. Seventeen minutes of your time—the time seventeen people in the shooting don't have to spend.
It could've been you in the shooting. Now tell me: What are YOU going to do about it?
