"Jug, what if people stare? Oh god what if I hurt myself..." Betty fretted.

Jughead smiled and shook his head dismissively, "You'll be fine."

"Okay," she said, embracing him, "thank you for taking me."

They got out of the car and linked arms, strolling in through the glass doors with a logo emblazoned on them. The first thing they noticed was the hundred tiny eyes staring at them. Betty ignored them, taking reluctant steps back. Jug ushered her to the counter.

The clerk smiled, "Hi, welcome to Big Air. Are you here to pick up someone from Zachary's birthday party?"

"No, we'd actually like two free jump tickets please. 2 hours should do it."

The lanky teen crinkled his nose in a brief moment of confusion. "Uhh, that'll be $24.99...?"

Jughead pulled out two crumpled bills from his denim breast pocket. He attempted to straight them out to no avail, then handed them to the sweaty-palmed employee.

"Have fun."

The couple slipped off their shoes. They tried to ignore the beady-eyed 11 year olds surrounding them. Betty bent down, hastily shoving her laced pink sneakers into a cubby. Jughead restrained himself from admiring the view. He turned his attention to the rock wall.

"Dare you to climb the rock wall!"

"I don't know Juggy..."

"Come on, it'll be fun!"

Once again, they could feel the children's eyes boring into them, and right fully so; after all, they were the only adults jumping around.

Betty finally caved, smirking, "You're on." She hiked up her socks again. "At least I remembered not to wear a skirt today."

"Really?" he grinned, "Because I was hoping you'd forget."

She sighed, chuckling as she galloped to the wall. The size was almost awe inspiring when compared to a girl with such a slight frame. She cracked her knuckles. The scabbing cuts on her palms shone in the fluorescent light. She grabbed the first peg, wincing as pain shot through her hand. Soon, she was past the small blue arrow that marked when another person could start. Her earthy-haired beau was behind her so quickly that she barely caught a glimpse of his crown beanie.

She took a sharp breath in as her fingers missed the next rock. A nearby child with square glasses gasped. However, the plunge to the foam blocks below didn't last long, as Jughead caught her by the waist. Although her shirt was rudely pushed up to her bra-line, she shot him a look of gratitude. He continued on, whilst carrying a giggling Betty pressed against his chest, all the way to the stacked cow bells at the end.

He perched Betty on his shoulder, allowing her to ring the victory bell.

"Woohoo!" she cheered. She smiled from ear to ear. Her pink lips contrasted with her white teeth, giving her an angelic look. The heavenly glow radiating from her made Jughead so happy that he couldn't help but return the smile.

He jumped down. Once he landed in the foam below, he planted a kiss on her strawberry flavored lips.

"Aww, Juggy, I love you so much."

"I love you too Bett-" He was cut off by a foam cube pelting him in the face. A cheeky grin replaced her adorable smile.

"Come on Forsynthe, I'm in the mood for Dippin' Dots."

"As you wish m'lady."
