A Walk Down Memory Lane

I laid on the grass in my backyard, just staring at the stars above.

I sighed, Brain, shut up already...

*Flash Back*

John walked into the home, tears falling from his eyes.

"The band is done.." He mumbled, hugging me.

I stroked his back, "Oh, darling. I'm so sorry.... But, isn't this what you wanted?" I asked softly.

He nodded, "I just didn't think it would be this hard.."

I sighed, "I'm sorry darling."

"Is it official?" I asked.

"N-No... B-But... Brian died" John cried.

I gasped, tears forming in my eyes.

Brian? Brian their manager? Brian was a good friend of John's, John looked up to him.

"H-How?" I whispered

"They said it was suicide! But they also said it was an accident!" John sobbed.

I held him tighter, crying now.

"I-I'm so sorry, John" I whispered.

We sat there, holding each other, crying.

It was a hard moment. But it wasn't as hard as our breakup was..

I sighed, wiping tears from my eyes. Come on, Lily. Think of something happy.

John and I sat on the sand at a local beach, having a lovely picnic.

I scoot myself closer to John.

"It's so peaceful here... There's nobody here but us.." I smiled, setting my head on his shoulder.

"I know..." John turned his head to me.

I turned my head towards him.

"I love you" He said.

I smiled, "I love you too, John"

He smirked, kissing my lips.

"How about we go somewhere a little more private?" John said in a lower tone.

I smirked, "How about we stay here instead..." I winked.

John chuckled, holding me closer to him. "Alright" He smirked.

He laid me down onto the sand, and started kissing my neck.

"I love you, John" I whispered

He growled, kissing me passionately, "I love you, Miss. Moore"

I chuckled.

"I love you so much, Miss. Moore" He kept saying.

I moaned.

"Earth to Lily?!" Freddie snapped in my face.

I opened my eyes, turning red. "Sorry, Freddie.." I shyly said.

Freddie smirked, "You seemed pretty relaxed, what were you thinking about?" He asked, laying beside me.

"Just memories.." I mumbled.

"Such as..?" 

I sighed, "Me and John..." I said.

Freddie's smile disappeared, "Oh." Is all he said.

I nodded, "Yeah..."

I turned to Freddie, "I think it's time for me to move on already.. It's been many years.."

Freddie pulled me closer, "I think that would be nice."

I smiled, pressing my lips against his.

"We aren't official... Yet" I told him.

Freddie pouted, "I can wait"

I smiled, "Good."

We ended up laying there, holding each other the rest of the night.
