Chapter 6

Everything seem to stop at that point of time, the world came to a still. In that moment only Krishna and Sanjana existed for one another.

"Ahem! Ahem! ", Kirti interupted. That magical moment broke and Sanjana snapped out of it." I -I think I'll go maiya might need me for more work",she said blushing hard. Kirti teased," Sure she does! ". As soon as Sanjana started to turn back and leave, Krishna held her wrist and said," You can't run away from me. At the end what is mine always comes to me". Sanjana couldn't keep her feelings down so she ran into the house. "You had to poke your finger didn't you ?" ,he said pouting at Kirti. "Now I can't have my best friends getting caught by someone", she said bursting into laughter.

Sanjana's POV

I can't believe what he said just now and that moment we shared *sighs* all seems like a dream. What if it is a dream? Would everything will dissappear? Will I remember all of this? How will I be able to go back to my normal life? Will I be able to say goodbye? How would I survive when our time comes to depart? Tears started to roll down my eyes...

Don't worry, you are stronger than you think and why punish yourself by thinking about future? What we have hear let us enjoy each and every second we have together and about leaving, you might leave this time, place at some point but I won't leave you. I'll always be with you. Love you forever...

His melodious voice rang in my mind. How did this happen? Is it you Kanha? How can I hear you inside my head. This time no reply came I guess time will only tell... All the ups and downs have brought me to this very day, close to my Kanha. I'm so thankful to all the odds that came into my life. I'm indeed very lucky...

Krishna was smiling listening to her thoughts. It was time for the pooja. Pandit ji arrived at their house. All the villagers gathered at Nand Maharaja 's house. All dressed in beautiful attires adorned with pure devotion and dedication.

"Sanju! I can't get this hair done properly. A little help please!", Kirti pleaded still wasn't ready for the pooja. Sanjana calmed her down,"Come here I'll do it". In a few minutes time Kirti was ready. She looked into the mirror and exclaimed,"I haven't looked this much girly ever. Though it looks beautiful. But look at you, you are looking so royal and perfect and those red cheeks provides a finishing touch. You never gave much attention to your beauty and now it seems like you got ready for someone special today". Sanjana rolled her eyes trying to change the subject ,"If you are done teasing then shall we join others we are already late".

As soon as the two girls came everyone was charmed by their looks. Krishna looked at Sanjana and smiled his eyes conveying love for her. Sanjana looked down to hide her face but he somehow made her look at him. Butterflies fluttered in her stomach...

Soon the pooja started. In the middle of the aarti, when everyone had their eyes closed,praying. Krishna threw a flower on Sanjana, supprising her. He indicated her to come out. Sanjana noded a no but after seeing his big sparking eyes she finally agreed to go with him...
