*** I just want to say... please don't hate me for this one. I promise I will make up for it. Love you all and thank you for reading!
_______________
For the first time since the six friends had met Reaper, they were seeing a side of him that only Psylocke had seen. When the door had opened, and the facility mutants showed themselves, he quickly went to them, pulling all of them into a hug. Tears came to his eyes as he gripped onto them tightly. None of the mutants really knew what was going on, but it didn't take long for someone to explain.
"Hi, I'm Donghun," one of them exclaimed when the six of them finally pulled apart.
"Donghun?" Polaris asked as he thought about the name. It was unusual for a mutant to keep a human name.
"Yes, Donghun. And I am Junhee. This is Yuchan, Sehyoon, and Byeongkwan," Junhee exclaimed as he pointed to each of them.
"You use human names?" Fortis hesitantly asked.
"Of course, those are the only names we have ever known," Yuchan stated.
Sehyoon slowly looked around as he studied each mutant that was in the room with him. The only one he recognized was Reaper, not surprising since he'd spent his entire life inside the walls of the facility he was born on. Before he could put his ability to use, one of the other mutants spoke.
Ira shook his head. "How do you know them?" He asked Reaper.
Yuchan smiled and put his arm around Reaper's shoulders, making Psylocke jealous. "When we were little, he broke into our home we were at during that time and taught us how to sneak around without being caught," He said with a laugh.
"Hold on," Buck said as he tried to process what he just heard. "You're saying Reaper had met you all previously, but he didn't break you out of that place?"
"We asked him not too," Donghun exclaimed.
"Why?" Ira asked.
"Because they weren't testing on us at the time. All they were doing was watching us closely," Junhee said.
"Yeah," Yuchan chimed in. "If we had known that they'd start testing on us when we reached puberty, we would have asked him to take us with him."
"All of that aside," Reaper said, waving his hand through the air. "How are you guys? How are your abilities?"
"Not that good," Sehyoon stated.
"What do you mean?" a few of the mutants asked as the same time.
Donghun shook his head. "I barely can use my ability. Doctor Lee didn't find flying and speed to be as important as other abilities. They didn't have me test mine very often. The most I can do is float and reach thirty miles an hour speed."
"It's true, they tested each of us separately and determined whose abilities were more important," Junhee exclaimed.
The room was silent, all the mutants found themselves giving their undivided attention to the five new mutants in front of them. Every one of them had forgotten about Joy who was now sitting, rolling her eyes as the sound of mutants being entertained by silly stories. She was beginning to grow annoyed. Not even an hour ago they were treating her like she was the biggest threat in the world, now they were acting like she didn't exist. Especially Death, the mutant she had found herself being over attracted too. It didn't take a lot of thought to make her realize that she shouldn't trust him. Especially when she watched him carve shapes out of a stick using a knife he had pulled out of his pocket.
