Jerry's POV

There was a bunch of people standing around me, a nurse and my brother and I think his girlfriend.

I shifted in the hospital bed, once I moved I felt a pounding in my head and the nurse told me to calm my moving for now. She lifted the bed into sitting position  and left the room leaving the three of us alone.

" Hey Matt. I've missed you how's it going? what happened to me?" I asked looking  at him and the girl standing next to him with a  confused look on her face.

" It's okay. How are you? Haven't you missed anybody in particular?" he asked.

I shook my head I had no idea what he was talking about. "well yeah the family and then David's girl. Am I missing anybody?" i asked.

Marie's POV

I fell to Matt's feet and began crying trying to hold all of my emotions in. He forgot me. He forgot me. I kept a strong grip on Matt's calf and continued crying; tears sinking into his denim jeans.

Eventually I looked up at Jerry and started crying again. Matt helped me up and hugged me a little too tight ..... " So who's your girlfriend Matt I haven't met her yet." Jerry chuckled.

"Um Jerry she is your girlfriend, don't you remember her. She loves you." I smiled at the thought and looked pleadingly at Jerry, but no response... I told Matt that we better go but before I handed Jerry five letters I had wrote him and told him they were to him while he was a way and that i loved him and gave him an awkward hug and a hand shake.

this was going to be hard, but I won't give up i told myself.

Matthew's POV

I can't believe he forgot Marie. I also can't believe that he thought she was my girlfriend... those stupid people. Why did they have to drug Jerry why? I had a feeling I could fix this though. but only if Marie would go along with it. Well if she agreed I mean. After we got home Marie told David the news and then went to sleep. I thought about it in my room while playing black ops and then it hit me. We'd have to go back to Stevens high school....the auditorium where they first hit it off. Marie was performing 'Fall For You' by Secondhand Serenade, Jerry's favorite song and then he told me and David he had to have her. If she agrees we would do just that. But where would Marie stay in the meantime while Jerry was here?...... Claudia's.
