Alexis' POV

"Kaden? Why are you here?" I ask him, standing in the doorway of Chloe's house. It started raining, and his blonde hair was now partially wet and styled to the side.

"I wanted to make sure you were okay." He said coming up to put a hand on my cheek and I back up a little. "I won't hurt you, you can trust me." I lightly shake my head.

"How do I know that, why didn't you just tell me you liked me?" I ask raising an eyebrow. Chloe closes the door, locks it, and rushes over to Luna to sit on the couch together.

"I was scared I would mess up, I'm a player, I can't just settle for one girl." I scoff.

"I'm just one girl on your list, I kno-"

"No, beautiful, that's not how it is." He says in a sweet yet seductive voice. I turn around, grab a blanket, and toss it around his shoulders.

"Then, if you really like me. Tell me, tell me you like me." I turn my head over to the side. "It's only three words and eight letters. It's simple."

"I-I like you, my precious, I really do. I like your gorgeous wavy brown hair, the way you laugh at yourself in awkward situations, your purity, and how true you can be when people aren't." He says blushing and snickering half way through.

"Wow." I smile, "I haven't seen that signature smile since, Wednesday." He chuckles at me.

"And see, you notice the little things," He smiles, "things I would've never seen."

"Oh my god, this is better than The Notebook!" Chloe exclaims and clicks off the TV. Luna laughs after her and nods her head.

"I just feel like I can't date you, your friends will judge me, you're technically still dating Jordan-"

"She broke up with me after she saw the way I was looking at you." He says as I look up with a sorrowful look on my face.

"I'm so sorry."

"It's okay, she was stuck up anyone." He winks at me and chuckles. He pulls me closer to his chest and hugs me.

"Ew, you're drenched." I say trying to get away but he pulls me closer towards him. I can feel his chest deeply chuckle and look down on me as I look up. I can see his blue eyes perfectly. The ripple of the ocean's waves crashing and falling over and over again. Just like me, I fell for him but I got back up, just as the waves at the ocean in his eyes do.

"How about, I take you on a date tomorrow at two, we can do whatever you'd like." He says grinning.

"How about, you count me to be there." I say smiling at him as he smiles back, showing his perfect pearly whites.

"That was so good." I look over at Chloe and see her wiping her tears on Luna's shoulder.

"Hey!" Luna exclaims looking at Chloe as she glares at her.

"I'm sorry, but Mark would never do this for me." Chloe cries out.

"Aw, Chlo." I say walking over to her and hug her. Then next comes Luna.

"Well, my flustered lady, I'll see you tomorrow." Kaden grins at me and I go over and hug him goodbye.

"Goodbye, Kaden."

"Goodnight, princess." and with that, he leaves. Rolling out of the driveway with his purple Mustang.

I turn around to see Chloe and Luna smiling like crazy.

"Your prince isn't so tough after all. You finally found him." Chloe smiles at me.

"Do we still have to listen to your complaining of him anymore?" Luna says, chuckling under her breath.
