(Y/n)'s P.O.V

I groan as I was yet again slapped by my so-called 'lover', this was a daily routine by now, I wake up, get dressed, get Blue leaders clothes out, aka my boyfriend, head down to the kitchen where the cooks are making breakfast for all the soldiers and recruits, help them out, eat mine quickly while taking Blue Leaders food to his office, wait for him there, if the food tastes 'off' or 'disgusting' he slaps me. That's basically what just happened. "This is absolutely vile! Do you even know how to cook?!" He growls while I just stand there and take the hit.

"At least I know how to run an army right, without me being around you wouldn't be here, but rather dead. Be grateful!" His hands curled into fists, I glare at him, "I'm so sick and tired of you taking me for granted, one day I'm going to leave, and you'll fall apart. All because you're a terrible, controlling, shitbag and weak excuse of a human being who can barely look after themselves!" I yell at him as I throw my arms around in rage, after my fit of rage my eyes glared into those soulless voids he calls eyes, "I hate you, Thomas. I should have left with Tord while I still had the chance, at least he treated me better than you ever did." I snarl at him. "Fuck you, and your army. Choke on a dick and die, ass hat."

Tom was fuming with rage, he grabbed me by the neck, "if you liked Tord, why did you join my army and become my girlfriend you little cunt?" His voice was low and with an inhuman like growl.

"It was because I loved you! I always have! But this army has turned you into a monster! You used to be so loving, so caring. Now all you ever do is put me down day after day after day." My voice was weak as Toms grip loosened, my breath was caught in my throat as tears welled up in my eyes, begging to be set free and cascade down my face to the floor like a little stream of water would into the ocean. "I've had enough, Tom." Finally, tears slipped from my eyes.

"I do too, but- I don't know anymore. I really do love you, I'm so terribly sorry I've been acting like this to you. I-I love you too much to let you go, but the more power I got, the more I took my stress and anger out on you." He teared up as well, he hugged me, I stood straight, not trusting his words. He buried his head into my neck while he cried, "I'm so fucking sorry." I sigh, I push him away.

"I'm sorry, Tom. But...I don't love you anymore, you had your chance and you blew it." He gave me a reckless look.

"Please don't leave me, I'll change, I promise!" Nodding I walk over to him and straighten his coat and uniform.

"You said that last time, I hope the best for you, but honestly now I really do hate you. You pushed me too far and I can't take it any longer." Backing away and towards the door, i open it as i said a quick, "Goodbye." Tom just watched me as the door shut. I made my way out the base with a bag I had prepared earlier this morning. I stared at the base, shaking my head I scowl at it hopping into a car and speeding off down the road.

~Meanwhile~

"Boss, should we go after her?" A soldier was stood next to the window Tom was currently staring out of, a look of grief graced his features, he shook his head, waving his hand as if telling the soldier to get out of his office.

"Let her be free." The soldier nodded a little walking out the office and shutting the door while Tom gazed at the retreating car.

I run a hand through my hair as I leaned against the car, I was at the side of a deserted road, I let a breath push past my lips. Folding my arms over my chest I gaze into the night sky, the soft tune of the car radio filled in the silence. It was peaceful.
