14. A nervous liar will overdo their pledge of honesty, eg. to tell the truth, honestly, I don't know, and this is the truth I tell you.


15. The longer you take to answer a yes or no question, the more suspicious your investigator will be.


16. It is always easier to influence someone if they like you. be likable always.


17. Disagree on trivial issues agree on important ones.
