---------------------------------------------------Damien's POV-----------------------------------------------------------

She kicked me out. Well, I understand why, but still.

I guess my boy tendencies kicked in. Stupid me. I really wanted to spend the whole day with her.

I walked to my house and up to my room. "Corny, get out." I declared to my idiot little brother.

"I thought you were going over to Ashley's."

"Yah, well, she kicked me out." I said looking away from him and rubbing my neck.

"HA!" His eyes went wide and he left his jaw hanging, so I kicked it shut. "Ouch! douche." He rubbed his jaw and glared at me.

"Watch your toung, and that's what you get. You little freak child."

"Did you try to get... freaky... with her?"

"Corny get out. NOW!"

"You did and that's why she kicked you out. How dare you do that to my Ashley."

"Corny, OUT."

"Fine." He raised his hands and walked out.

But just before hegot out the door "And she isn't yours, she's mine."

"Sure she is, and thats why she kicked you out."

"Oh you little." I went after him and he bolted.

I slammed my door and went over to my bad. "Idiot." I looked at my bed. It was a mess.

I pulled out some clean bedding and made it. I then proceeded to flump down in comfort and pulled out my laptop. I opened it and typed in my password and opened my photos. I looked at them and wondered how in hell I survived the blast with burns and cuts, when Kay dies. He was blasted limb from limb.

I'm never going to forget that day. The sound. The light. My life changed that day.. Mu chest is totally mangled. I hope that I can heal well. I still have to rub that jelly shirt to help them heal faster. It smells funny.

*Knock knock* "Corny can you get the door.

"Sure!"

I heard him run down the stairs and open the door.

"ASHLEY!"

"Hey Cornelius, is Damien here?"

"No, but I am."

I came bolting down the stairs and shoved Conry out of the way. "Hey, Ashley."

"You didn't have to push so hard."

"Hey, Damien. Do you want to come out and play?" She did a sheepish smile.

"I'll grab my shoes." I ran over to the closet and puller out my shoes, "Corny, hold down the fort. Don't open the door to strangers, don't answer the phone if you don't know the number, and lock the door after I leave."

"Damien, I'm not seven, I know what to do, and I've never locked the door when you leave because once you bitched at me for you not being able to get in."

"Shut it Corny. Bye."

"Bye, Cornelius, have a good day."

I rolled my eyes and pulled her out the door. "Why are you so nice to the demon child?"

"He isn't that bad. He really loved Ashley and I."

"He loved you the most. He would always get scared whenever you would hurt yourself."

"Well, he shouldn't worry as much anymore, I'm trying to stop."

"That's good to hear."

We walking in silence for a while. I didn't know what to say, there was nothing to say... "Do you want to get some food?"

"Sure, Subway?"

"Totally."

We ran and played tag while we kept our heading to Subway. We got to the door and went in.

"Yummy." She said as she looked at the menu. I think I just saw some drool. It's endearing.

We got all our food stuffs and went to sit down. "Hey, today was pretty fun." She said with her mouth full. She always does that.

"Yah? I thought that you might have not liked it." I said looking down and away.

"Nah, you got it all wrong." She smiled and finished eating.

"Seems legit. What do you want to do now." As I finished her phone vibrated.

"Huh?" She reached down and pulled it out. "Huhhhhhh. It's my mom, she wants me to come home." She rolled her eyes and threw her stuff out. I did the same.

"So," I said as we got outside, "Want me to walk you home?"

She looked up and smiled brightly, "Sure."

We walked to her place holding hands.

"Damien and Ashley sittin' in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g." Raven screamed as we got into view of the house.

"Oh shut it, Raven." Talia said.

Raven did the eyelid pull taunt.

"I'll see you around." I said after I brought Talia to the door.

"Hey. Aren't you forgetting something."

I turned around and looked at her confused.

She puckered her lips and pointed to them. I chuckled. "Bye, lovely."

"Hey, stop walking away."

"Bye." I left. She was so up-front about it.
