Katla and Ivar had no idea what to do, watching as Floki's eyes almost flew out of his skull. It wasnt what it looked like, but to Floki it was enough to make him run out of the room as quickly as he could, belly laughing.

Ivar was silent. They both knew that there would be rumors now going around, Floki was a good person. But when it cam to keeping his mouth shut it was a different story.

Katla had finally removed herself from beside Ivar, quickly exiting the room leaving Ivar sitting by himself. He wasnt all that worried about what Floki had seen. Everyone knew that he was a cripple and that nothing too serious could have happened if they had a brain. But still he couldnt help but smile a little once seeing how red Katla's face had gotten. He knew it bothered her, especially since she had known Floki. And for him to be the one to walk in seeing that he knew she was probably mentally freaking herself out.

But he had more important things to think about. Ragnar was going to raid soon and Ivar was finally going to go with him and his brothers.  He was overly excited thinking about all the treasures and new things he would see. But he was more excited about the combat. He was ready to fight and it was his chance to show his father and his brothers that he could handle himself in a situation like that.

Katla was searching around for Floki, He had ran off so quickly that she didnt get a chance to stop him and explain. But then again she doesnt have to explain herself to him. But she felt like since the king's best friend had walked in on the prince and the girl he used to watch after it was only right to do so.

"Where are you off to in such a hurry?"

Katla had turned around to follow the voice. Sigurd was leaned against the wall of a small barn along with a few other people she wasnt so sure about. They were tossing coins into a bucket and drinking back mugs of mead as quickly as they could. The sounds of their loud laughing filled the cold air as some of Ragnar's people stumbled around, hollering and yelling happily. Wonder what they are celebrating now?

"I'm looking for Floki." She spoke, keeping her distance from the few men whose eyes stayed glued to her, listening to her and Sigurd's conversation rudely.

Sigurd simply laughed and strutted over to her. His breath smelled strongly of mead and his cheeks were a slight red from how much he had been drinking but thats not what worried Katla. Sigurd was now reaching into one of his pockets to pull out a small blade. Katla watched him as he started to peal the skin off an apple.

"You're looking for Floki, huh?" He paused to slide a wedge of the apple into his mouth. He had started to walk forward again and was now standing way to close to her for her liking. The hand that was holding the small blade reached out. She watched as he traced the tip of the cool metal against the skin showing on her upper chest while he hummed softly. His eyes never leaving the spot his blade was gliding against. "I hear from a little bird that you were with my brother last night. You didnt show up to the feast my father held in your honor. That is very very rude.."

Katla reached her hand up to push Sigurd back, but he only stumbled a little then laughed as if she just told a funny joke. She didnt think about the consequences when she chose to skip the feast with Ivar. Would Ragnar be angry with her for skipping it? She would be mad if she was being honest.

And surely they would have all noticed Ivar didnt show up either.
She finally made up her mind and was going to head to see the king and make sure everything was still okay.

Sigurd and his little friends laughed to themselves after seeing the flustered and strange girl basically sprint off towards Ragnar's hut.

She slowed her pace down once finally pushing open the two heavy doors to lead into the warm hut. There were many furs spread around on the bed and on the floor as well. She continued to glace around once seeing that no one was there. But then a voice interrupted her thoughts.

"Hello, Katla. What can i do for you?"

She turned around to meet the eyes of Ragnar. His baby blue eyes stayed focused on her own while he walked over to his throne. Ragnar looked slightly drunk as well, she had noticed on her way over to his hut that almost everyone was drinking and dancing.

She smiled at the king, folding her hands behind her back as she tried to think of the best way to tell him what happened and what Floki had seen.

"I just wanted to say something." She paused, gaining her confidence up before looking back up at him. "Floki walked in on me and Ivar- I mean we weren't having sex or anything  but i wanted to make sure that you heard it from me before it got twisted into something else. We dont even like each other- it was just something that happened and it wont happen again-"

Ragnar waved his hand, laughing at her rambling before his second wife came out from behind a hanging fur separating the main room from the bedroom.

Great she had been there the whole time.

She took a seat on Ragnars lap as he kissed her cheek sloppily. They looked happy together, but Katla thought that Lagertha and himself had better chemistry.

"I am surprised to hear that." Aslaug spoke, rubbing her hand in small circles against her belly. "Ivar usually doesn't even like my company. I find it hard to believe that happened."

Ragnar simply patted his wife's shoulder as she got up and started to walk away, "If Katla said it happened than it did. It would be stupid for her to lie about this because we could just ask Ivar the same. Isnt that right, Kat?"

The new nickname from Ragnar made her force a small smile, nodding her head. She had hoped that they wouldn't talk to Ivar about the kiss. It would only make things more weird between them than it already is.

"Well.. the way i see it is.." Ragnar paused, taking the large mug from his wife before gulping down the dark colored liquid, wiping some away from the corner of his mouth. "If you are warming one of my sons beds, then you might as well tend to the others when they crave a warm bed."

Katla's mouth fell open at the second time the king had requested that. She went to open her mouth and decline, "I didnt sleep with Ivar. I havent slept with any of your sons."

The sound of the large doors could be heard opening along with the sounds of metal squeaking, They all turned their attention to what the noise was and Katla's eyes lit up.

Ivar was standing up. He had leg braces wrapped around his legs and a smug smirk across his lips. He raised one of his hands up while his mother and father completely ignored her, walking over to their so as they congratulated him.

"My son, Youre walking." Aslaug exclaimed, hugging him closely as a bright smile covered her face while Ragnar simply patted him on the back, nodding in approval.

Katla thought it would be rude for her to walk around them and not say something, so she walked over to the small part of the family. Ivar's eyes immediately fell on her, his smile vanishing quicker than ever as his eyes narrowed.

"I'm happy for you, Ivar." Katla spoke, nodding her head as she situation quickly grew weird.

Ivar continued to glare at her, his voice coming out rude and quiet, "Do not speak to me, girl."

Ragnar's eyes flicked over to her, waiting for her reaction as Aslaug simply smiled and went on with whatever she was doing. She would be lying if she said that how he had spoken to her didnt make her upset. But then again Ivar was always rude.

Bjorn came bursting into the room soon after, his eyes not even meeting his fathers or half brothers. He came straight over to Katla. Bjorn looked worried, or upset. But when asked he simply waved it off and took ahold of Katla's arm, leading her away from the growing crowd of people speaking with Ivar.

"Katla i need you to listen to me. " Bjorn whispered,  leaning his head down to speak quieter. "You need to go and speak to The Seer.  I went to see him myself and he wouldnt even answer any of my questions. He said it was of the most importance that I went and got you now. You need to go see him."

And with that she nodded before heading towards the small tent towards the end of the town. Thick white smoke rose from the tent and an ominous feeling fell over her. But she pressed on, pushing back the small flap keeping the tent closed as the figure in the dark hood spoke, keeping its head down.

"Ah, daughter of Ares. How I have waited for you to come here. Sit. We have much to talk about."
