JIYEON

Today was Friday, I get the weekend off from work. So I was excited, I would have finished my first week of work.

Jimin was getting better, I think I'm just warming up to him. He's still cocky as fuck though, and his laugh has just gotten more pretentious than ever. Despite this, he's lowered my work load.

Currently I was working on some improvement requests from workers in the company.

I checked the time it's 12:00 pm, time for lunch. I went to go fetch Jimin because we're lunch buddies.

I don't trust any of the workers here, even the female ones. I just always hear them talking shit behind my back.

I walked into Jimin's office, greeted by a smile.

"Shall we go? Do you want to have lunch in my office today?" He asks.

"Sure, sounds good. I got us both Chinese food, are you fine with that?" I reply.

"You want me to come with you, I know the orders are always downstairs."

"Um." Why am I struggling to speak?

"Okay then well I'll just come with you." He smiles.

Usually on Fridays we don't get much work, although the corporation is so big, so most of the employees just finished the work needed to be done or chill.

Today, for Jimin and I, it was more of a chill day relaxing type of thing.

Today the unexpected happened.

"Yah, Ms. Jiyeon-ssi, the drama is starting." He calls.

"Excuse me, but what?" I ask.

"Sit down next to me," he gestures towards a chair next to him.

We binge watched 3 episodes, each an hour long, to be fair it was really great. It was a thriller drama based on a killer and the victims family member out to get revenge.

"Wahhh, Ms. Jiyeon-ssi, we should do this more often." He exclaims while stretching his arms.

"Do you even do any work?" I mutter under my breath.

"Why of course I do!"

"Are you doubting me?" He finishes with a smirk.

"As a matter of fact, I am." I simply respond.

"I really am too lax with my workers here." He mumbles, but just easy enough to make out.

"True, but, you are a very nice boss."

"Why thank you, that's probably the kindest thing I've heard from you since as long as I've known you," He compliments.

"And there goes his pretentious ass again," I say under my breath.

"What was that Ms. Jiyeon-ssi? Care to give a PSA announcement?" He sarcastically remarks.

"Out of all honesty, I probably would. But I need to keep my job," a nervous smile forms on my face.

"Bye, I'll see you later Jimin." I wave off.

"How many times do I have to tell you Ms. Jiyeon-ssi, that we are in a work environment?" He sighs.

I shrug and leave the building.

I could put up with Jimin, hes gotten a lot more mature in many aspects. He still has the humor and behavior of a child at times.

I go to my kitchen and make myself some ramen. What? A girl's gotta be able to pay the rent.

Night soon came and I fell asleep, of course not very quickly. It probably wasn't until 12 am until I actually fell asleep cause I have no self control on my phone.

A/n: sorry for the short chapter, I have all my chapters planned out and my outline was very vague for this chapter so this is what ended up happening.
