We're nearly inseparable. We were good at hiding anything we did from Darry, though the only things we did were kiss and hold hands. He moved his seat at the dining table so he was sitting next to me instead of across from me, and though I could see that Darry didn't much like this, he didn't say anything about it. I figured he was probably afraid of setting me off.

Steve isn't exactly a fan of our closeness, either.

I try not to interact with Pony too much when around anyone who knows about our feelings. I try to pretend we never told each other until it's just me and him in our room. But how Steve found out we were together... it was actually kind of funny.

Steve drove Pony to the DX like he used too. For a while, Pony would hang around while Steve and I worked on a car, then Steve would go visit with Evie for a while in the shop part of the gas station. When he left, I walked over to Pony and pulled him into a hug.

Well... that hug didn't last long.

Steve caught me having him pressed against the wall with our lips connected. And holy shit, did he turn red! I made Pony go home after that, and I think he's a little gun shy to be around Steve for a while. Man, it's a good thing I had already told Steve about my feelings for Pony, or else we would have been in the dog house.

I wonder how he'd feel about Pony going on dates with us now... since he's my boyfriend and all.

For some reason, my brain won't connect that my brother is my boyfriend. It just sounds weird to me, but if I call him my brother, I'll just feel worse. I'll just call him my Ponyboy.
