As the moon began to fall it got pretty cold outside which the Isle kids were use to.

Now while most kids ran inside to sleep Mal knew she wouldn't be able to sleep at all so she made her way to the house that she sits on top of a lot.

Once she arrived she went to the fire escape and made her way up and once she was on top she sat down and looked around.

Even though she had know intention of talking to Carlos about the page she knew eventually they would have to.

Ever since Carlos found that page a bunch of thoughts ran through her head and she kept imagining the conversation between them most of them ending with Carlos not liking her.

Mal took a deep breath then breathed out as she looked around while the cold air hit her face.

She didn't know what it was about the night time but she loved it. Maybe it was the sky maybe it was the fact that the Isle seemed different at night. Whatever it was Mal loved it.

The young purple haired girl felt a cold breeze which she was use to and it was pretty silent as it normally is at night.

The silence was broken when she heard someone climbing up the fire escape.

She looked back and saw Harry as he climbed up and went and sat beside Mal.

"Why are you here Harry?" Mal asked.

"I know you don't trust me and I understand why but Mal I'm gonna prove to you that I'm loyal." The young pirate said as he looked around.

"Good luck proving that." Mal responded and she refused to believe the pirate.

"Look I know you hate me and every other pirate but you need to understand that I hate Uma a lot now." Harry said trying to convince Mal that he was telling the truth.

"What happened between you two?" Mal asked.

"It's to hard to explain right now let's just say we had a major difference of opinion and it led to her "banning" me from her territory." The young pirate said.

"Okay." Mal responded.

It slowly became silent as the two stopped talking as Mal was admiring the Isle at night while Harry was thinking.

Mal began to think as well and this time she was thinking about whether or not she could trust Harry.

Mal hasn't trusted Harry for years due to one day when Harry left Mal to die basically on the Isle before the territories were made.

Mal and Harry were running away from some other pirates that they had just stolen from.

As they were running they began to climb up a fire escape reaching a rooftop as they kept running.

They eventually reached a ledge in which both of them stopped at.

"Ha! Now we have you trapped!" A pirate yelled as he smirked looking at Harry and Mal.

Harry looked at Mal. "Let's jump." He said.

"What? No." Mal responded.

Harry looked at her then looked back and saw the pirates were getting closer.

He then went and jumped anyways landing on the next roof top before looking back at Mal and seeing some pirates were grabbing her.

"Harry! Help!" Mal yelled as she was trying to break free.

Harry stood there and looked at Mal then looked over at the fire escape and yelled back. "Sorry Mal!" The young pirate then ran and went down the fire escape and began to run off.

It was that day that made Mal just hate Harry. Now obviously she did manage to escape the pirates but just the fact that Harry left her pissed her off and ever since then she hated him and it hasn't changed since.

"Hook what was going through yoyr mind the day you left me to possibly be killed by those pirates?" Mal questioned as she kept looking up at the night sky.

"I don't know Mal." Harry stated. "I was young and afraid just like you were." He continued. "But now your this big tough girl that everyone is afraid of." The young pirate finished saying.

"True we were both young and afraid and now I'm the ruler of my territory and once I get back from Auradon I will be the Queen." Mal stated.

"If you come back." Harry said.

"I will be back Hook and I'll be ready to rule this place." Mal said looking over at Harry.

"You're saying that now Mal." Harry said before getting up and going over to the fire escape and beginning to go down it.

Mal sat there a bit annoyed as people keep saying she will stay in Auradon even though she knows what she's going to do and that's get the wand and get out.

As the night went on Mal just stayed on the rooftop as hours went by and the cold breeze became more of a cold wind which she was use to.

She stood up and looked around and then all of a sudden thoughts started going into her head revolving around Auradon and Carlos and Harry and getting Evie back.

She quickly went to the fire escape and went down it then ran to her hideout and once she got there she entered her hideout.

Once she entered her hideout she ran over to the table with her books on it and she grabbed one and opened it up to a blank page and began to write something out.

Once she finished up she read it over to make sure it was perfect and made sense.

Once she was done reading it she smiled then closed the book and went to the door of her hideout and once she opened the door and walked out she saw Harry and Jay yelling at eachother and pushing eachother.

Mal figured it was just the normal bickering between two boys until she saw Harry reach for his sword.

Mal quickly ran over and got in between the two boys.

"Both of you cut it out now!" She yelled.

"Oh Mally calm down Lampy and I here were just arguing over something stupid." Harry said with a smirk before putting his sword back in its holster.

"I don't care! We are all suppose to be on the same page here!" Mal yelled as she didn't care why they were fighting she just didn't want them fighting.

A/N So quick note. A few chapters back there was a note from Captain Hook that was in italics well I changed that to just being underlined. For now on anything (for the most part) underlined will be a note and anything (for the most part) in italics will be a flashback as seen in this chapter.

Anyways thoughts on the chapter?
