As the morning began Carlos slowly got out of his bed and got up and quickly threw on his shirt and shorts then grabbed the jacket Mal gave him and put it on along with the gloves.

The young boy went and jumped out his window and landed on his feet so he wouldn't have to deal with his mother.

He began to head to Mals hideout hoping to get some time with just her so he could talk to her more about going to Auradon.

Now Carlos always kept it quiet but he truthfully always wanted to go to Auradon. He loved the Isle since it is his home but he wanted to be somewhere different and he realized this was his chance.

Now with Mals sixteenth birthday fast approaching she was very stressed as she still didn't wanna go to Auradon.

Mal had been busy all night working on plans and was disturbed by hearing a knock on her door.

She went and over and opened the door and pulled Carlos in and shut the door.

"Hey Mal." Carlos said as he walked inside the general area of the hideout and sat on her couch.

"Yeah hi." Mal said as she went and kept drawing stuff on papers.

"Look Mal we need to talk about this Auradon thing." Carlos said.

"No we don't." She replied not wanting to talk about it. "Besides Jay will be here soon cause Evie is gonna be asleep for a few hours." Mal said.

"No he won't Jay doesn't normally wake up early unless his father is fighting with my mother." He informed her.

Mal slammed down the paper and walked in front of Carlos and leaned against the wall in front of him while putting one foot on it as she stared at him.

"Okay speak." Mal said.

Carlos looked at her. "Look everything I said last night was true but Mal your birthday is in a few days I think it's time you accept the fact that we're going to Auradon." He told her. "There's nothing you or Jay or Evie or I can do about it." He told her.

"I'll figure out a way!" Mal yelled.

"Mal calm down." He said before getting up and going in front of her. "Why are you truly so agaisnt going to Auradon?" He asked.

"I've told you already Carlos." She said in response.

"Look I may not know you very well but I can tell there's more to it so come on tell me." He said really wanting to know everything at this point.

"You know what? Fine I'll tell you." She said. "Ever since I was younger my mother always told me she wanted me to be the evlilist I can be when I'm older and my plan has always been to turn sixteen and fully rule the Isle and that includes the pirates territory!" She said getting frustrated. "And I know if I go to Auradon and get the wand and come back and give it to my mother she will take it and rule the Isle again and I'll lose all my power." She said in response.

"But Mal the ruling is as far as I know is that your mother gets one order then must step down as Queen and you will have full control." He told her.

"But what if she uses her last order to send us to Auradon and get the wand and bring it back and give it to her." She stated.

"But do you really think your mother is gonna be smart enough to say that?" Carlos asked.

"I don't know Carlos." Mal said.

"Look Mal getting away from this place could be epic and it'd be a chance for you,me,Evie and Jay to bond and possibly get closer together as a group." Carlos said.

"Look DeVil I don't think it's a good idea." Mal told him.

"It's because your afraid Mal." He responded.

"Afraid of what?" She asked.

"Afraid of standing up to your mother when you get back." He told her.

"No I'm not!" She said in response snapping at him.

"Mal yes you are or you'd be open to going." He told her.

Mal sighed as she realized Carlos was right but refused to fully agree. "Maybe your right." She said to him.

"I am just trust me." He said looking right into Mals eyes.

Mal went and sat down as Carlos sat beside her. "Maybe your right about everything." She stated.

Carlos sighed a bit. "Just give it some real good thought Mal." He said to her.

"I will." Mal said as she slowly nodded.

A few minutes passed by and Jay and Evie walked in surprising Carlos and Mal.

"Hey Jay your up early." Carlos said surprised.

"Yeah well I wanted to help out with this Auradon thing." He said in response.

"Same here." Evie said.

"Look guys Carlos made me think." Mal said looking at Evie and Jay. "Maybe going to Auradon isn't a bad idea." She said.

"Wait." Jay said. "Hold up." He continued. "When I suggested it you called me an idiot but Carlos says it and you agree to it? You two a thing or something?" Jay asked.

"Ugh no." Mal said. "He just had a lot to back it up with." She informed the son of Jafar.

"Whatever." Jay responded.

"Look lamp boy either get over it or leave the choice is yours." She said to him.

Jay rolled his eyes and sat down. "So what's going on? Are we gonna go to Auradon?" Jay asked.

"I don't know." Mal said in response. "I have to think about a lot right now." She continued.

"Talk to us M." Evie said.

"Look if we do go this would be our one chance to prove ourselves to our parents and show them that we are evil especially you DeVil." She said. "It could be a huge opportunity for us." Mal said finally accepting the fact that they are going to Auradon.
