Taehyung flutters his eyes open as the morning sun shines through the green shades and felt the grip around his waist tightens. With his still drowsy eyes, he looks at the man who's holding him so dearly. So so dearly.

He's lucky. Taehyung is so lucky to have Jeongguk to himself. Even the tattoos he used to hate, he loves each and every one of the now.

Taehyung cups Jeongguk's cheeks with his hand and rubs the scar with his thumb, "you're really beautiful," he mumbles, staring at the sleeping face of Jeongguk with a fond look. He doesn't feel butterflies, he doesn't get any sparks, neither does he felt any soulmate attraction towards Jeongguk. But Taehyung loves Jeongguk. So so much.

Who knew? Taehyung hated Jeongguk with passion in the beginning. How could such man take him away from his friends and family? The tattoos were forced onto Taehyung and engraved onto his skin with such brutal force.

But then.

But then every time, Jeongguk would press soft kisses onto his redden skin with such care it scares Taehyung. Jeongguk would break Taehyung then glue each broken little pieces together with love and care. How cruel is that?

Taehyung is also only human, how could he possibly reject the man that broke him but also saved him?

"Wake up, Gguk," he whispers into Jeongguk's ears and runs his hand through the raven locks.

The said male stirs, pressing Taehyung even closer to his warm body if possible, "five more minutes please, baby."

"You're such a kid," Taehyung chuckles but allows his lover to sleep a little bit longer. He presses his lips to every surface area on Jeongguk's face and a final one to his lips, "Hoseok's going to get mad at you later."

"I'll see him try," Jeongguk breathes out which made Taehyung pinches his nose in distaste.

"morning breathe."

Jeongguk snaps his eyes open and raises his brows at Taehyung, "morning breath, huh." He smirks and Taehyung already knew that he fucked up. Jeongguk quickly opens his mouth wide open and exhale right into Taehyung's face.

"Jeongguk!"Taehyung exclaims and tries shoves Jeongguk away but Jeongguk held a tight grip on Taehyung's waists, "you man-child."

The raven-haired chuckles as he sits up, bring Taehyung into his lap. Taehyung wraps his arms around Jeongguk's neck as the latter nips at Taehyung's collarbones, also giving small kisses all over his shoulder.

"Bathroom?" Jeongguk asks. Taehyung hums as a reply and buries his head in the crook of Jeongguk's neck. Jeongguk snakes his hands under Taehyung thighs as he carefully stands on his feet and then strolls towards the bathroom.

On their way, subordinates would bow their heads down at their boss and greet him good mornings. Once they arrived, Jeongguk kicks the bathroom door open and sets Taehyung on the counter.

"No more morning breathe," Jeongguk said after he brushes his teeth all clean. Taehyung hums as a reply again, but this time he was brushing his teeth and couldn't reply.

"Jesus, look at you," he chuckles and wipes away the toothpaste sliding off Taehyung's chin, "you're more of a child than me."

This is one of the moments that Taehyung couldn't explain how lucky he is and how much of an angel Jeongguk is(no.) He spits the remaining toothpaste into the sink and wipes his face with a towel.

"You're going out today again?"

"Yeah, there's a lot of things going on these days," Jeongguk replies as he slips on his luxurious branded suit, "it's a mess. Someone stole a huge chunk of money from one of the casinos and I'm tryna trace him down."

And I thought you said you'll never leave me alone anymore.

For the past week, Jeongguk has been going out every day, leaving Hoseok to take care of him and honestly, Taehyung is feeling a little bit lonely.

"C-can I go with you?"

"No!"

Taehyung flinches from Jeongguk suddenly screaming. Seeing his baby so frighten, Jeongguk soften his eyes as he spreads Taehyung's knee open and steps in between his legs, "Baby, you know it's dangerous and I can't afford to lose you. I'll go crazy."

I'll go crazy.

Upon seeing the brunette frown, even more, Jeongguk bumps his head against Taehyung's, "I promise I'll come back sooner, alright?"

"...alright."

Jeongguk smiles and kisses Taehyung. He slips his hands inside the silky kimono and squeezes both of Taehyung's buttcheeks, causing him to gasp. Taking this chance, Jeongguk inserts his tongue and assures his dominance. Taehyung clutches onto Jeongguk's raven locks as he slowly gets devoured.

He pulls away and let the view soak into his brain. Taehyung was huffing and puffing with his cheeks glittering pink. So so beautiful.

A knock on the door interrupted their short staring contest as Hoseok's voice boom through the door, "Boss, you have to go now!"

Jeongguk sucks his teeth in annoyance and gives Taehyung another peck on the lip before carrying Taehyung off the counter, "baby, I'll be back before you know it."

"I'll always wait for you."
