Jimin feels extremely awkward right now, he was sitting across from the masked man from this morning and he literally doesn't know what to say. Yoongi just left them in his office, saying 'oh my god, I forgot to feed my goldfish' and rushed out of the room. Being the naive child Jimin is, he believed Yoongi even though the latter never once told him he has a goldfish. Little did he know, Yoongi was watching them through the little security camera installed in his room.

"Erm..." Jimin starts off, not knowing what to say, "I'm Jimin, nice to meet you," he greets, thrusting his hands out for the other to grab.

Taehyung accepts Jimin's hand and lightly shakes it, "Nice to meet you too, I'm Taehyung." Even though the mask blocked the majority of Taehyung's voice, Jimin was still very surprised by how deep Taehyung's voice is in comparison to his petite and lean body.

As Jimin was thinking of what to say, a sudden question pops up into his mind, "Um!" Taehyung cocks his head to the side, waiting for the pink-haired to continue, "what's your relationship with the boss!" He asks, a little too loud. And in the security room where Yoongi is located, he raises his brows at the sudden out of topic question.

Taehyung chuckles, lifting his kimono sleeves to cover his already covered mouth, "Yoongi? He's one of the most precious people in my life. Someone I would take a shot for, I love him a lot."

Hearing this from his best friend, Yoongi's heart warms up as he smiles, continuing to watch the interaction. On the other hand, Jimin felt dejected on how close their relationship sound, "O-Oh."

Taehyung notices the sudden change in Jimin's mood and quickly corrects himself, "he's my childhood friend which I grew up with!" With that, Jimin's mood immediately rises and he smiles, eyes all squished together, "you guys have a nice relationship!" He chirps, "what about Mr. Jeon? You seem really close with him."

"Jeon Jeongguk is someone I would die for, someone I would live for, someone that I would give my whole life to. He is the most important person in my life and I would do anything to be with him for the rest of my life," Taehyung said without hesitation and it shocks Jimin. Their feelings towards each other were so strong that Jimin couldn't help but get overwhelmed by it.

He takes a moment and thinks about before—when Jeongguk left Taehyung, Jimin's heart immediately starts hurting at the realization, he realizes just how important they are to each other. He suddenly felt envy, wishing to also find someone he would sacrifice everything to and that someone would do the same for him, "...that's really really sweet."

Taehyung didn't reply at first, he only stared down to his own hands that were folded together on his lap, "yeah," that was the only thing he said. If only Jimin knows the backstory of how Jeongguk kidnapped Taehyung and what those tattoos represent, maybe he wouldn't think it's sweet at all.

"Why are you wearing a mask though? Is it because you have an ugly scar on your face? Don't worry, I won't judge you for that!"

Taehyung didn't reply, he only sits there, staring back at Jimin through his mask which made the latter shiver a little due to the intensity of the stare.

But before Jimin could ask anything else, Yoongi rushes into the room, saying bullshit like, " I overfed my goldfish and now they're dead!"Jimin being Jimin, he furrows his brows and quickly rushes to pat Yoongi's back, "it's okay boss, I'll buy you ten more goldfish if you want!"

Then there's Taehyung, sits there, looking at the two of them interact. He sadly smiles and good thing his mask was still on his face, because a teardrop slides down his cheeks, dripping down his chin. He couldn't help but feel jealousy, seeing the two being so sweet and lovely without worrying about anything else.
