[Ashley's Pov]

"What is the meaning of this?" He growled.

His voice was sharp and demanding, the authority rang in the air. I watched some of the wolves winced and others looking down.

I was walking between Cordelia and Christ, but that didn't mean I felt comfortable with the stares the men or women were giving me as we stormed towards the man sitting in the throne, whom I supposed is Christ's father.

"I'm taking back the castle," I replied curtly.

He slammed the arm of the throne and a loud bang sounded through the walls. If I say I wasn't at all terrified, that would be a lie. Christ's lips were in a thin line as he stared at his father, he wasn't even fazed by the authority ringing in the air.

It was silent until Christ's father started laughing. He was mocking me and I didn't like it.

"You and what army?" He asked, still laughing.

I clenched my fist. How dare he humiliate me like this? I felt anger, pain, unfairness and helplessness. How can he sit there and laugh, after what he's put me through?!

"Shut up!" I shouted.

My voice pierced through the walls and never in my life have I felt so powerful. What happened next was totally out of my expectation, the people whom we've just walked past began to bow in respect.

"It's the princess." One of them spoke.

"She's back!"

"What are you doing? Seize them!" He shouted.

Well, that moment didn't last. They abided and shifted into wolves, ready to pounce on us when a voice stopped them.

"No! Stop!"

A middle-aged woman ran out from a door hidden behind the throne. At the sight of the woman, Christ's eyes widen a few inches. It didn't take long to put two and two together, it was his mother.

"My son! My son is back!" She cried out. She ran towards us and stood in front of Christ. She looked hesitant, her hands lingered at his cheeks almost as if she wasn't sure if she has the right to touch him.

"Mum."

"You finally came back." She whispered.

The moment was interrupted when a growl sounded through the halls. We shifted our focus to the man sitting on the throne. He stood up and began to storm towards us. The wolves that were on my side were growling at him as he approaches us. He grabbed the woman's arm and fling her to his side.

"For goodness sake, Louis! Can't you see our son is back?!" She exclaimed.

"Oh that I do see, Mandy and he brought back an army." He snarled in the remark.

"I don't have time for this." Uncle Seb interrupted.

The tension in the air got worse and I didn't know that was even possible. With a loud growl, everyone shifted and began to attack one another. I was pulled to the side by Cordelia as we were not going to be involved in the fight, partly because I couldn't do much and she was assigned to look after me.

I watched Louis dash through the wolves, successfully knocking down two of them. He looked around and spotted Uncle Seb. He lunged at him but Uncle Seb was faster, he got out of the way and bit into his body. Louis let out a loud growl and fought back.

My heart was beating faster than a bullet train as my eyes wandered around, looking at Christ taking on some wolves and then back to Uncle Seb. When I eyes wandered away from Uncle Seb, Cordelia's gasp brought me back to it. He was ambushed by two other werewolves in the back.
