Rolling around in my sleep, I groaned when the annoying alarm sounded. I slammed it shut before climbing back to sleep. After some time, the image of a very clean room clicked in my mind and realisation slips in. I didn't set up an alarm!

I jolted out of bed and look around. To my side, I found some clothes placed neatly on the table. I was shocked when I saw Jase's scarf and heels. Has she forgiven me?

Pushing away all thoughts, I quickly got out of bed to get ready for the date. When I went downstairs, the place was sparkling clean.

*Honk*

He's here!

Just as I was about to open the door, I heard someone going down the stairs. It was Jase. I watched as she walked into the kitchen, she didn't say anything or even look at me. I guess she's still mad.

As soon as I step out, I see Christ standing by the gates. "You look amazing." He complimented as he pushes the gates open.

"You don't look half-bad yourself," I replied. I was kidding, he looked amazing but I didn't want to boost his ego.

"I know." He smirked.

"Shut up." I laughed.

"You ready for our date?" He asked.

"Am I?" I teased.

Right after Ashley left the house, I ran back upstairs to get changed. I put on a black shirt, black jeans and a red winter jacket. I found my boots under the table and grabbed a pair of gloves from the drawers.

I was going to follow them whether she likes it or not. I stood outside the garage and stare at the door. Am I going to be fine? I wasn't sure if I should even drive after what happened two days ago.

Just as I was about to grab the handle. sparks shot out of my hands and I flinched back. Before I could even do anything, someone tapped my shoulder.

"Ah!" I screamed. I had zapped the garage door in my state of fright. I turned around quickly and see Dylan. "You scared the shit out of me." I exhaled loudly.

"Sorry." He laughs a little at my reaction, the amused expression he always had plastered on his face.

"What are you doing here?" I asked. I didn't remember telling him about my plan to spy on Ashley and Christ.

"Nothing." He replied.

I cocked an eyebrow. "Really?" I laughed. He didn't answer me. Somehow he had turned his focus to my hands that were probably glowing with dangerous sparks.

I grinned, "whatever, I don't really care why you're here. But you came at the perfect time."

After driving on the road for a while, we finally pull over in front of a restaurant. Christ got out of the car to open my door for me. He held out his hand which I gladly accepted before letting him led me into the restaurant.

We were greeted by a waitress as soon as we step into the restaurant. She eagerly helps Christ with his jacket. Is she trying to make a move on Christ? I frown when she winked at Christ. However, Christ didn't seem to pay her much attention as he turns around and helps me with my jacket.

Once we were seated, I looked around the restaurant. It was extravagant. A waiter came to our table with food before we even ordered.

"I'm sorry but we haven't placed an order yet," I told the waiter.
