"What???????!!!!!!" I don't know how to react.. Did she really say that? Have I heard it wrong? I should ask her again
"Mam, what did u just say?" I asked.
"U heard it right, Sanyukta. You and Randhir are partners for this quiz competition. I know that u two will definitely bring glory to the school." She said.
"Glory my foot." I murmured
"U said something?" she inquired.
"No mam. But I was comfortable with my last year partner Ritu. I mean Randhir is..."
"See, Principal sir and our special team have come to the conclusion that u and Randhir can be great, Although, Ritu was good but Randhir is better. Both of you are the toppers "
"I know mam but.." I was about to say something but she interrupted saying "No more discussion. Better, u go and talk to him and make the necessary preparations" she ordered.
Ok wait.. Is he ready for this competition? I need to ask
"Mam, one last question, Is Randhir ready for this competition? We should ask him as well" This could be my last excuse
"Yes. I have asked him before. He is very happy to know that U two are selected. Now go"
She broke my last hope.. How could he do that? We have never talked in these 10 years of School. I barely know him except for the following facts-

2. People seek love advices from him "Mr. LOVE GURU"
3. Topper of our batch (I m also in that list btw)
4. Loves to flirt
5. Has a beautiful girlfriend named HARSHITA RATHORE who is his family friend.
I have nothing in common with him except for the 3rd point. How will I be able to manage with him?

Anu and Abhi study in R.K.Puram International School (RKPI), Delhi in 12th standard. Every year, a duo quiz competition is organised among some popular schools in India. RKPI is one of the participant school. The competiton happens in a phase wise manner- 1. Regionals for Delhi region school 2. Nationals for all the winner regions in the country.
The top three winner duos in the Nationals can participate in JENESYS program to be held in JAPAN.
Anu wants that trophy. So does Abhi.
Will they be able to overcome their differences and win that trophy?
