RANDHIR'S POV

I haven't met Sanyu after the party. Its very embarrassing to face her. Whatever I confessed was true but it shouldn't come out like this. But the ultimate truth is yet to be said. It is that I LOVE SANYUKTA. Finally, I found the love of my life, the person with whom I would like to spend my entire life. She is the one. I could clearly see in her eyes that she loves me too but its hard to predict if she would accept me. I dont know what is pulling her back. Is it Nandini? May b it is. I cant say it so easily to Nandini. What m I gonna do now? After getting my true love, it is unfair to stay in with her. But.....

Tring Tring

"Unknown no?" I picked up the call

"Hello. Am I speaking to Randhir?"

"Yes. Who is on the line?" I asked

"I m Ayan." How dare he called me? That bastard

"Anything to say?" I tried to be polite

"Of course. Actually my cousin is coming today from Chennai for summer break. Can u suggest a restaurant so that we could catch up? "

"We?" Who is he trying to refer?

"Me, U, Nandini, my bro and..." he paused. Will Sanyu not come?

"Sanyu ofcourse. I dont have much friends here"

I jumped with happiness when I heard her name.

"U could ask Sanyu also?"

"I asked her many times but she is not interested. I even told her to call u to invite but she completely ignored. U leave that and suggest me"

I know the reason behind her abnormal attitude

"Zaffran is nice one."

"Ok then. U guys come up at 8. Will that be alright?"

"Sure sure. We will reach there"

I m so damn excited. As she is not picking up my calls or replying to any of my texts, it would be great to clear our misunderstandings

SANYU'S POV

"Is it necessary for me to come Ayan?"

"Yes it is. Manik wants to meet u so badly"

"But, he will come here, to our house"

"I dont want any more discussions. Be ready"

I should go there. Because of Randhir, I cant stop my personal life. Why am I scared to face him? Its all his fault.

AT THE RESTAURANT

"Shall we go inside Ayan?"

"Wait na.. See they are coming"

I turned around and saw Randhir and Nandini coming. I quickly put my face down

"Hi Sanyu" Nandini greeted and gave a friendly hug. I reciprocated it

"Hey."

"U seemed to be lost after my party. Studying ha?"

"No no. actually I..."

"Yes, she was studying only." Ayan interrupted

"hehhe.. Preparing to be the topper, I guess"

"Not so easy to be if I m here" finally Randhir spoke up

"Common Ron, dont take it personally" Nandini gave him a smile

"Lets go inside" Ayan headed the three of us

I was avoiding Randhir's glare but he was constantly staring at me and soon he sat near me.

"Randhir, just go there to your seat"

He ignored my line

"Nandini, do u have any problem if I sit here?"

"NO Ron. What are u saying?"

He gave me a devil smirk and 'I won' wala look

"Where is your cousin Ayan?"

"On the way. See there, he has come"

NANDINI'S POV

A tall boy enters through the door. It was as if the impact had knocked every wisp of air from my lungs, and I lay there struggling to inhale, to exhale, to do anything.That's how I feel now, trying to remember how to breathe, unable to speak, totally stunned as the name bounces around inside my skull after looking at the person standing at the door

Manik? What is he doing here? Tons of moments revived in my mind with this name

"Meet my cousin, Manik"

I was still in trauma. My face turned grey and expressionless. I could see the expression change in his face as well

"Hello Manik. Nice to meet u" Randhir got up to give him a small side hug

"How are u Manik? U dont see to remember me? " Sanyu taunted him

"Shut up Sanyu. Its nothing like that. I was busy in my studies and.." he turned his face towards me

I immediately looked down

"Manik, this is my girlfriend, Nandini" Ron introduced me

"Girlfriend" his eyebrows raised "Nice to meet u miss Nandini". He forwarded his hand for a handshake. I was perplexed so as to do what. We shaked hands

"Here comes the food also"

They all were chit chatting about his life and studies

"Haven't u made a girlfriend bhai?" Ayan asked

"I dont deserve to have a gf u know" his words were targeting me everytime

I couldnot tolerate this further

"Randhir, my parents messaged me to reach home now as my uncle's family has unexpectedly arrived. I need to go"

"Complete your food"

"I m stuffed. Thanks Ayan for the treat."

"Welcome. I m sad that that u ll leave now"

"We will meet up again"

"Shall I drop u?" Ron asked

"No need. U carry on. I ll book a cab. Ok bye"

What happened to this girl? They all thought
