SANYU'S POV

"Beta, take care. Don't go here and there and stay with your teachers. Have your food properly and don't skip meals" My so called parents have been repeating these lines since 1 week. I m no longer a kid. I dont understand how they can plaster a fake mask of innocence and love for me in front of the world. Who cares?

"Ok papa and ma, I ll take care." I made them shut their mouth.

"Where is Randhir? I have something to tell him." My father said and started searching for him. Will they now snatch him from my side? I dont have faith in them for sure.

"Sir,where is Randhir?" I asked Vidyut sir

"I just called him, he is coming. Oh there he is." He replied and I turned around to see him with his parents. His parents are very loving, I cant believe that they gave birth to such a notorious person like him.

"Hello Aunty and Uncle." I greeted them

"Hello beta. Where is Mr. Agarwal?" His father asked me

"Mr. Shekhawat, I m here. U r late. We have been waiting for u" My father said

"Its because of Ron's mom, we two were ready" He taunted Aunty and all of them laughed. Randhir approached me

. "Hi Partner. Finally we are leaving. How are u feeling now? Excited for the competition?"

"I hate late comers. Anyway, I m very excited for the journey partner. We are gonna enjoy a lot. And the competition is equally important. But the journey is more pleasant than the destination"

He smiled and soon we joined our parents.

"Sanyu, take care of Ron. HE is very chanchal, u know that. If he disturbs u then call me, I ll give him a lesson." Aunty said. My father then told Randhir to take care of me. This man never fails to prove that he loves me but I know ur real side Agarwal

"Sanyukta and Randhir, get on the train, it will soon start" Naina mam said. We followed her instructions and took our respective seats. We are going to Mumbai on the Rajdhani Express.

The train started..

Randhir got the side lower birth and I got the corresponding upper berth. We were sitting on his seat

"What are u doing with ur phone Randhir? See the nature. Its so beautiful"

"I just texted Nandini that the train has started. Now tell" he replied

"Oh.."

We started chattering and laughing. Our topic varies from movies to songs, video games to mobile Apps etc etc. suddenly he asked me a question

"Why u never made a boyfriend Sanyu?"

"Excuse me?"

"U r beautiful and smart as well. U can get a very cool and good guy. Nobody ever proposed u?"

"Its not like that. Very few people care about my existence in school. I m nt on any social media platform. Neither I m interested in wearing shorts to attract boys. Those who love me, they do it by heart. U know that I don't like to talk with boys. U r my first friend who is a boy"

"But.. If a guy knows u completely, then he cant resist himself from falling for u" he said and unintentionally I blush.

"See, u r Mr. Cool and everybody loves u. I have got no one to love me like that. Ur love life is perfectly sorted unlike me and.." I said these lines but then he said something which shook me

"I don't love Nandini"

"What??? Are u kidding Randhir? This is not a matter of joke"

"NO Sanyu. I m serious. I like her but I don't love her. She was my crush when I proposed her. I liked her a lot then. I thought that if we spend some time together, then I might fall in love with her. But it never happened."

"Does she love u?"

"I don't know. She is an amazing girl and really pretty but I don't feel that connection with her. Our families share a good bond but not us."

"The guy who gives love advises has not yet experienced love yet" I said in a mocking way

"No yaar. I have no idea why I told u. I have never shared about this with anybody."

"Why haven't u tell Nandini about it? U are not a kid anymore. Its time to be serious Randhir, about everything."

"I cant break her heart. What if she loves me a lot? I would be considered a heartless and emotionless person Sanyu."

I got to know that how sensible Randhir is. He has a different side and I like it.

"Ok, I understand. But why u told me all this? U have many friends at school"

"They are just friends and u r my best friend. And on top of that, I TRUST U a lot, more than anybody in the world. I feel my secrets are safe within u. thanks for coming in my life Partner or else I would have missed a good friend like u" His lines made me happy. I have someone who cares about my existence. Its RD, the same person whom I hated like hell before the quiz. How can my perception change? It all happened in less than a month.

DID RANDHIR'S CONFESSION SHAKE U? WILL SANYU BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN HIS TRUST FOR HER? WHAT IF SHE BREAKS IT?
