A week passed and Tigress had refused to leave Po's old room. Everyone had tried again and again to coax her out yet she either completely ignored them or burst out yelling at them to leave. Tora again walked up to see her, trying to keep her aura calm. Rounding the corner, she seen Tigress, sat on the end of the sunken bed, her head in her paws.
"You're a hero you know..." Tora tried to look as casual as she could whilst walking towards her sister. "...you saved all of China, and maybe the world on your selfless act."
"So?" Tigress' answer was sharp and cold, Tora was taken aback a bit.
"So all you've worked for has paid off, those endless training sessions where you thought your muscles were going to disintegrate from your body from the hours of blood, sweat and maybe even tears."
Tigress didn't answer, instead she lifted her face which held eyes of the red and puffy kind. Her hardened face then switched to soft, as though she'd been containing all her frustration in a frown.
Simultaneously she seemed to now have the first look at her surroundings. The toy weapons amused her slightly and the posters were inspiring. She hadn't realized how small the room was and was having trouble seeing Po being able to move around properly inside. Turning to her sister, their eyes met. Identical amber eyes met, both filled with sorrow.
Tora walked forward and took Tigress' paws in her own. "You can recover from this, you know you can." Tigress broke the eye contact and looked at her knees, Tora knelt down forcing Tigress to look at her. "You are strong! All you need is to slowly get yourself back into easy training. As the days go by you'll start to feel like yourself more and eventually..." Tora enthusiastically stood up and held her paw out for her twin. "...We'll end Durai's reign!"
She was met with silence. For Tora, it seemed to go on for hours, unsure whether she had been successful in inspiring her sister. As she went to lower her outstretched paw, suddenly she was joined. Tigress pulled herself up, landing in a hug with Tora. Steadying herself, Tigress looked at the tiny action figure of herself on the window sill, there was a new light in her eyes.
"I can do this..." Tigress whispered.
Tora placed a comforting paw on her sisters shoulder. "No, we can do this. I'm going to be here to support you."
It wasn't long until Tora had helped Tigress down the stairs and into the restaurant. They was met with respectful comments from villagers. Encouraging Tigress to keep going. At first she had appreciated the support, but with every passing villager she began to feel more and more weak and fragile.
"Tora can we get a move on please."
"Oh sure... are you ok?"
"Fantastic, lets just go."
