Chapter Two

(Luca's POV)

I woke up in a strange bed in an unfamiliar room. I looked around I a bit of a daze. Then, suddenly, the memories of the day before flooded my mind. I sat up, gasping. I got up, out of the bed and tip toed to the door. I opened it slightly, peeking through. I saw a man with black hair and a black suit. I quickly ran to the window, opened it and jumped out. I was lucky I was on the first floor; I landed in a Bush and looked at me surroundings. I was in front of a giant mansion. I started running, I wasn't sure where, but I just kept running. I heard footsteps behind me. I turned back and saw the man in the suit running after me. I started running faster, hoping I wouldn't have to use my powers. The man sped up also "Physical Enhance: Speed 50%!" I felt a burst of energy. I ran faster, someone jumped in front of me and tackled me to the ground. The unknown person pinned my hands to the sides of my head. "Hey, hey, hey! We just want to talk!" His bright blue eyes met my green ones. "Oh, really? Is that why you kidnapped me?" I struggled against the boys grip. The man from before caught up to us. "No, you've got it all wrong! We found you in an ally!" The boy shifted so he was straddling my hips. "My name is Dick Grayson and this is my father, Bruce Wayne." The boy who I now knew as Dick, loosened his grip on my wrists. "I'll let you go if you promise not to run again." Dick sighed giving me a small smile. "Okay... I won't run again... I promise." I reluctantly replied, Dick let go of my wrists and we stood up. We started walking back into the mansion. "What did you want to talk to me about?" I flashed them a small smile. "That doesn't matter right now, I have something else I wanted to discuss with you." Bruce looked at me from the corner of his eye. "And that is?" I gestured for him to go on. "I wanted to ask you how you got your powers." He kept a stoic expression. "I-I don't know, my mom told me that I was tested on by Hydra... But I don't think that's the whole story." I looked down as we walked back into the mansion. They lead me into, what looked like, a library. I walked over to some chairs that surrounded a table and sat down. The two guys followed and sat down. "What's your name?" Bruce raises an eyebrow at me. "Luca." I replied nonchalantly. "Full name." Bruce looked me in the eyes. I sighed, giving up "Lucinda Victoria Romanoff." I grumbled, crossing my arms. Dick bursted out laughing. I raised an eyebrow at him "What's your full name, Dick." I glared at him. He suddenly stops laughing. "His full name is Richard 'Dick' Grayson." This time it was my turn to laugh. Dick grumbled beside me. I calmed myself down then looked back at Bruce. "Where am I anyway?" I give him a worried expression. "Gotham." Dick gave me a reassuring smile. My expression goes from worried to surprised "Gotham? Like in the comics?" I interrogated them. Now it was their turn to be surprised. "Comics?" Dick suddenly looked intrigued. "Um... Yeah... You know, Batman and Robin, Flash and Kid Flash, Aquaman and Aqualad, Green Arrow and Speedy etc." I explained confused. Before they could respond, I remembered something. "Wait, where's my backpack?" I looked around frantically. "Backpack? You didn't have a backpack when we found you." Dick looked at me puzzled. "Oh, that's alright... Let's just hope Uncle Loki's spell worked." I stood up and reached my open hand out to the side of me. "Loki? As in Thor and the Avengers?" Dick kept his puzzled expression. I nodded keeping my position. "What in the world are you doing?" Bruce asked quizzically. "Waiting." I gave him a bored expression. "For what?" Dick said "My backpack." I simply said. I soon became impatient. "What's taking it so long?" I questioned tapping my foot on the ground annoyed. Suddenly, my backpack teleported into my open hand. "Yes!" I screamed hugging my backpack. I looked back at Dick and Bruce, they both had a surprised expression. Just then, I noticed something "Wait, so, if you are Bruce Wayne and in the comics... That makes you Batman! And if he's Batman, Dick your Robin aren't you?" I became excited, I looked at the two heroes. They both were holding their breath. "I'm actually a super-hero too! I haven't thought of a super-hero name yet though." I put a hand under my chin. The dynamic dou collected themselves and looked at me. "How did you figure it out?" Dick asked flabbergasted. "The comics, they say everything about you guys... Sorry, that sounded creepy." I replied happily. "Now that you know what our alter ego's are, I have an important matter to discuss with you." Bruce looked at me with a serious look on his face. "Go on." I looked at him curiously. "Would you be interested in becoming my prodigy?" He stated with a small smile. Without hesitation I replied "Yes!!"

(A/N kinda short and took longer than expected to write. Sorry for taking so long guys. We have a big science exam on Monday, again sorry guys!)
