 Hey! So basically most of the story is going to be from Vanessa’s POV. (:

anyways… here’s chapter 2!

*Vanessa’s POV*

It’s Friday after school and I’m still debating if I should go to the basketball game.

I really don’t want to see Liam.

But Matt will want me to go, he needs his lucky charm.

I still don’t understand why they think they need me there as their lucky charm. I’m nothing special.

The team is amazing, they’ve only lost 3 games this season, and those just happened to be the game I didn’t go to. I think it was just they didn’t play a good game…..nothing to do with luck.

Whatever. If it makes Matt happy, then I’ll go.

As I was walking to the gym, I saw Ashley, Liam, and a couple other guys from the team sitting around talking. Ashley was sitting on Liam’s lap.

Honestly, the two are perfect for each other.

They both are selfish, full of themselves, and have a new relationship every week.

I walked past them and over to Matt to wish him good luck.

I felt Liam’s stare on me, I hesitantly looked back.

He gave me a quick smile then looked away.

At the end of the game, of course, our school won the championship! Woot wooooot!

I took the public bus home.

While I was walking home from my bus stop, I remembered its Friday!

Then I remembered I’m going away on vacation with my family to a beautiful beach in Florida!

I’ve been looking forward to this trip for months; I leave at 6am tomorrow morning. Better get packing.

I was walking into my house when my phone buzzed

the first one was from Matt

I saw the way you looked at Liam. Back off, or else.
