The entire castle seemed to be like a ghost ship. There was no one in sight, not even Matt who frequently watched over the two who were always together. "Lance?" Pidge called out, "Allura? Shiro? Keith?" She paused in between names, looking around, but no one answered. "Hunk?" She walked in the kitchen and there was no sign of Hunk, not even a remnant of the last goop dish he made. "Now that's weird." She backed out of the kitchen and continued down the hallway and started at the main deck. "Coran?" "Shiro!" A voice shouted from the opposite end of the hall, Pidge gleamed with joy that someone else was there. "Keith!" She ran towards the direction where she heard him. As she ran she saw his head peek out from the corner. The two clashed into each other with a big hug. "I was starting to think I was left or something!" She exhaled and looked up at him. "Yeah, me too. I was practicing when I realized how long I was in the training room, and nobody was around." He snapped a look behind him, "Not even Matt is here." He looked around cautiously, Matt always made it obvious that he was watching him like a hawk. "I haven't seen him at all. Looks like we're the only two here." Pidge shrugged. The two stood there for a while in the eery silence before speaking. "So, what do you want to do?" Keith asked, looking around. "I don't know." She replied. She thought about watching the stars, but they already do that. Suddenly, her head popped up, "Have we ever danced?" Keith looked down at her with a puzzled look, "I don't dance." "You will today!" Pidge grabbed his arm and pulled him into the main deck. She tugged him to stand in front of her. Even more confused, Keith let her put him in the dancing position with his face still coated with confusion. She placed on of his hands on her waist, and the other in her hand. He felt his face burn up just for having his hand on her small waist. "We don't have music." He mumbled while keeping his gaze on her. As a response, Pidge started humming a tune he wasn't familiar with. He figured she just made up some tune and the two went along dancing with it. While staring in each other's eyes, they seemed to get lost in a deep purple and brown abyss. They were so lost in each other they didn't even notice the shadowy figures that surrounded them. "One, two, three." One of the figures whispered, then all together the six figures flipped on the lights and screamed. "Happy anniversary!" They shouted, startling the young couple. Keith and Pidge yelled and jumped back. "We wanted to surprise you two with gifts!" Allura said and brought out a few wrapped boxes. "I didn't even think you two would last this long." Lance smirked and handed them a homemade card. "Even though it's only been a week since you two have actually considered yourselves a couple, we wanted to congratulate you two." Hunk grinned and gave them a big bear hug. Just as it was getting awkward for Keith, the other four joined in. Pidge was practically suffocating with everyone towering over her. Her hand reached out as a desperate plea for help, and while she was doing so, Keith saw that Matt remained staring at them while the rest of the group was embracing them. He felt sweat form on his brow with the brother's glare on him. "This doesn't mean I'm letting my guard down on you two." Matt mouthed for the galra. His arms were folded and almost looked like he was flexing. Little did Keith know was that deep inside Matt was hiding an overwhelming joy in hum for his sister. Congratulations Katie and Keith. I know you two will have a healthy relationship. Matt said through his glaring eyes.
