Imagine if Keith was hit by a stray piece of debris after Lotor destroyed Haggar's weapon and it injured him severely. The Paladins surrounded the galra who was still sleeping after a long night. Kolivan let Keith rest where he'd be the most comfortable: in his old room in the castleship. Shiro, feeling horrible about Keith, stays with him most of the time, then Lance, Hunk, and Pidge. Lance would walk in Keith's room, his hand scratching the back of his head, then apologizing for being his rival; Lance never really wanted to admit Keith was like a brother to him. And there's Hunk, always bringing food. But Pidge, though she would only come in for a few minutes, she'd check to see if anyone was around, and kiss Keith. It wasn't a hard kiss, but a soft and gentle kiss that lasted almost as long as the visit. "Get better, Keith." She said, planting a gentle kiss on his lips, she felt a tear leak out of her eye, fearing that he'd always be stuck in the bed. Little did she know, he was awake, and watching her. She parted from him, and opened her eyes to find those deep purple eyes staring back at her. A bittersweet moment fell on the two knowing that such a get well gift would be the best, and the only one he'd get.
