"I wish we could just stay alone all the time." Pidge said as she looked over a t Keith, " there's a whole universe that's open that we could just go out exploring, and just hanging out at the palace is just waiting for someone to come over and ruin it. Shiro could come in asking if I've seen Allura, Allura could come by just to be nosy, and Lance could burst through that door at any moment hollering out 'I have milkshakes!'" "You worry too much Pidge. Allura's always working, and most of the time Shiro's with her. Hunk is always in the kitchen or sleeping and don't worry about Lance he's doing his own thing-whatever that is." Keith muttered, "All I know is that you need some time to yourself. And anyway I can help with you doing that I will." "I just want to stay with you." Pidge's slumped her shoulders and leaned her head against the wall. "I hardly see you anymore, every time I do see you, the time that passes always gets longer when we only see each other for what it seems like shorter amounts of time." "What did I just say? You worry too much! Don't make me go hostile on you." Keith warned with a smile on his face. Pidge peeked up at him with a half smile. "You wouldn't have the guts." Keith placed his hands on Pidge's cheeks and stared into her eyes, "That's the look I've been waiting to see." He gently kissed her forehead, the pulled back to watch her eyes sparkle. "Just a moment longer, then I'll be ok." Pidge pleaded and put her hands on his arms. Keith wasn't sure how to respond but to just remain in her presence and to soak up this precious time. The moment was cut short when the two heard loud footsteps gradually growing louder towards the door.
