Sparks fly as blades meet again, over and over. Twice now his mask had shattered, twice he had reformed it as easily as the first. Yet despite their efforts, neither seemed to be able to gain the upper hand.
Cloth tears as Gin narrowly escapes having his hand removed from his body. A slow red stain spreads through the white material of his sleeve. The silver-haired man pouts as he examines the cut.
"What's the matter?" Keishin scowls beneath his mask. "Don't feel like dying today?"
Gin holds his palms up. "Well no not really."
'Is everything a joke to this guy? He frowns, growling quietly under his breath.
"Keishin." Shinji yells from where he battles with Aizen. "Go, we can handle this, find Ichigo." Blood continues to drip from his head wound.
"Alright then." Keishin agrees, he wouldn't want to waste anymore energy on Gin when it takes a lot out of him to get him to Hueco Mundo.
He feels his grandfather's eyes on him as he clicks his fingers and opens a Garganta, the sky splitting open like the gaping jaws of a ravenous beast. The darkness inside threatening to spill out and consume all in its path.
"Keishin." His grandfather speaks, he halts and doesn't speak. "We have much to discuss upon your return."
Turning his head enough that he can see out of the eyeholes of his mask, Keishin speaks. "Yeah we do, for now don't hold your breath on that one." And then he's gone, racing through the darkness within the Garganta on a path of reishi.
He'll probably regret speaking that way, his grandfather's memory was impeccable and his lack of.... well being nice was far from present in his personality. But he had bigger things to worry about. There were at least four Captains missing from the fake Karakura town. No doubt one of them had to be..... he shakes his head.
'I can't think about him right now, there's a good chance even he would try to end my life as much as Aizen's pawns would.' His eyes narrow behind his mask. 'I must be careful, he'll take advantage of even the slightest drop in my guard.'
He emerges from the Garganta exit in a rush of energy, he lands heavily on the pale sand below, wincing only slightly from the sharp rush of pain from that wound caused by Ichimaru. It was a pity he never bothered to learn any healing techniques while he had the chance, or now he would have to bear with it.
He listens for a moment but the only sound he could hear was the sound of his own heartbeat. There wasn't even a breeze to shift the endless sand of Hueco Mundo. He reaches out with his power, searching for Ichigo, he can't sense him but there were two familiar presences somewhere off to his right. Somewhere near the large white structure in the distance it seems.
Using flash-step made it a far easier task to reach them, although in hindsight.... He should have removed his mask first. Those who don't know him tend to get a little...... frightened.
The two in front of suddenly began screaming when he just appeared out of nowhere, well Orihime screamed loudly, her male companion however only made a few sounds as he tried scrambling away in a hurry. Eventually he had to stop when his obvious wounds started bleeding again.
Keishin sighs. "Sorry about that, should have taken this off first I suppose." He waves his hand and the mask vanishes.
"Oh it's just you." Orihime's shoulders visibly relax, although she is quick to panic over her friend as blood spreads over his clothing. "Ah hold still Uryu, your opening your wound again."
