*Ethan's pov*
[April is doubled over groaning in pain I say:]
"How about this we're gonna have Natalie take a look at the twins and make sure they're okay."
"Call an ambulance. I'm bleeding."[we go to the hospital Dr. Mendoza says:]
"Hi. We're gonna take good care of you."
"Where's Ethan? Where's my husband?"
"I can't work with Ethan in here sweetheart."
"No I need my husband. Where's my husband?"
"Blood pressure is rising fast so is heart beat."
"April honey I need you to calm down."
"I want my husband. Just please get my husband. You're not touching me until I see my husband."
"April you're bleeding and I need to make sure your babies are okay."
"Not until I see my husband."
"Okay."[I walk out of the room our friends come over Ethan asks:]
"How is she? How are the babies?"
"I don't know."
"What do you mean?"
"She won't let me touch her until she talks to you."
"This woman is so damn stubborn."[I go into April's room she's crying I go over to her and say:]"Honey you need to let the doctor examine you so they can tell us what's going on with the babies."
"It's too early for them to come. I'm scared Ethan. What if something goes wrong? I love both of my babies so much."
"April I will be here the entire time. You just squeeze my hand okay baby?"
"You always know just what to say."[Dr. Mendoza comes in she does a sonogram we don't hear anything she looks at us and says:]
"I'm very sorry but there's no heartbeat."
"No please look again. Please."
"I'm sorry. We need to remove the remains."
"No! You're not going to touch me. Get out! My babies are alive and I want a second opinion. Now please leave."
"You're in shock."
"I believe she asked you to leave. Now please go."[she leaves Natalie comes in she puts on gloves and asks:]
"You fired her?"
"My babies are alive."
"She was in the wrong place. That's all."[I clear the gel off of April's stomach and put a fresh coat on I move the probe to the far right side we hear the heartbeat I say:]"There's your baby girl. She's doing just fine. Now let's find your son huh."
"Thank you."[Nat moves the probe around to just above my pelvis we hear the heartbeat Ethan squeezes my hand and kisses my head and says:]
"Oh I'm so glad she was wrong."
"Are you experiencing any pain bleeding vomiting nausea?"
"Bleeding."
"Okay. Mind if I take a look?"
"Not at all."
