*Frankie's POV*

[We go to the hospital and up to the NICU Alyssa is breathing on her own I wash my hands and pick her up I say:]

"Hi my sweet girl. You get to come home soon Daddy and I can't wait."

"Hey sweetpea I see that you finally decided to listen to me. I see you're stubborn just like your mother."[Three days later the 21st Monday morning I wake up at 6am and go into the nursery making sure that it's perfect then check the carseats in our cars making sure that they're strapped in safely. I go on a long run and go back to the house everyone except Frankie is awake Mom says:]

"Good morning son."

"Morning guys. Is she still in bed? It's almost ten am."

"She was gone when we woke up. Probably at the hospital."

*Frankie's POV*
[I'm at the hospital signing the paperwork Derek walks in he says:]

"Hey. What's going on?"

"You're looking at the hospitals newest caterer. Why are you here so early?"

"Dr. Zapata asked me to come in and get started on the paperwork. I tried to call you."

"I forgot my phone because I was so excited about being the exclusive caterer not only for Gaffney but for Lakeshore too. Our daughter is doing just fine. We can take her home as soon as we finish the paperwork. Did you bring the diaper bags?"

"Yes the other is in the car."[thirty minutes later we go up to the NICU I pick Alyssa up after we leave the hospital my phone rings I ask Frankie:]"Could you get that for me?"

"Hello?"

"Hey it's Jo where are you guys?"

"We're on the way."

"Yea well you better hurry up because your goddaughter is eating all the cupcakes. SUTTON AUBREY HERMANN YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANOTHER ONE AND IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE ON PUNISHMENT FOR TWO WEEKS."

"But daddy said that I could."

"Then daddy can take care of you when you throw up tonight."

"That's not what I said Sutton. I said that you can have one if it was alright with Mommy. Now you know better than to tell stories right?"

"Yes."

"What did I tell you would happen if you told another story to me and Mommy?"

"I'd get a spanking and no dessert for a week."

"Go upstairs while your mother and I talk about your punishment."

"Please Daddy I don't want a spanking. I'll be good."

"Now Sutton! I won't tell you again!"[she goes upstairs we step to the side of the living room Jo sits on the ottoman I squat in front of her she grabs my hand kisses it and says:]

"You've never spanked her before. Sure you can do it?"

"What does that mean?"

"It means that you've always chickened out every time and I end up being the bad guy. She's had you wrapped around her finger since she could open her eyes Xander."

"I can do this Caroline. What's the punishment?"

"Two weeks no TV and she can't go over to anyone's house."

"Are you sure about that? I know that she can be a lot."

"She has to know that she can't put us against each other. Mom Sutton is on punishment which means that she can't have any dessert and she's not allowed to watch TV."
