I'm writing to you as a friend, to tell you that... You're just the luckiest girl on earth!
Yeah I know you said you had no feelings for him, while the whole world knows he is clearly in love with you.
I made mistakes. Maybe I broke his heart first, refused the fact there was something special between us with everyone around. I tried to learned my lesson and before I knew, it was too late.
Not all fairytales have happy endings and somehow mine happened to be one. In another way, it's the beginning of another new love story. No-one knows whether it will have a good ending or not, 'cause it's yours and you make the choice.
I'm writing this to tell you also: Don't make the same mistake that I have made: Breaking someone's heart, but ended up breaking your own.
You guys both share the same favourite things in life, your hobbies, the way you think, the way you speak. I see the way you guys look at each other, they way you guys laugh and smile when you're together. I see the way he tries to be near you whenever he can, to spend time with you, to share his stories with you.
Now what about me? I was fine... infront of you and some others, including him, when in fact: I was heart broken. I understand, it's not his fault. People grow and change, it's the norm. I can't tell him to be mine, I don't have the power to control his feelings. Maybe he found me not interested, which was not exactly the case. I was... just a bit, but it didn't mean anything. Now here I am, only visible when he can't see me. I don't even exist in his life. I'm a completely stranger.
He's perfect for you. You're perfect for him. You're kind-hearted, you're way prettier than me. You're what every guy is looking for and that lucky guy happens to be him.
Remember I'm still your friend. I don't want to make anymore stupid mistakes, to ruin another's life. Since you know none of this, how exactly it happened, why I'm writing this to you, should I tell what exactly happened?
