Serena's pov

I should've followed ash I knew something was wrong, but I was just so mad and selfish that I didn't care. And now he's at the hospital unconscious they don't even know if he'll wake up.

"Is ash doing ok," clemont said walking through the door and sitting in the chair next to me.

"The doctor said that he's in extreme pain and won't know if he'll wake up."

He looked at me with pity, "how are you holding up?" Clemont said moving uncomfortably.

Clemont is so uncomfortable when he's alone with a girl. So why is he talking to me.

"I'm doing ok, I just want to be here when he wakes up." I lied with a fake smile, I feel horrible. I just said that so he would leave me alone.

"Bonnie and I are both worried about you. You haven come out of this room for five days."

I should've know he was going to talk about this.

"You're right, but I'm still eating and sleeping. If you are going to be worried about anyone it should be ash."

To be honest I actually couldn't eat or sleep well knowing that ash could die.

"Can you please just leave me alone right now."Clemont frowned, but didn't fight back.

"Ok I'll leave, if that's what you want." He looked relieved to get out of this situation.

He walked out closing the door behind him leaving me with ash.

Watching him sleep made me feel so at peace, wow that sounded so creepy.

I felt my self slipping away, as my eyes started to close.

I tried to keep my eyes open, but it was useless. I guess staying awake for three days in a row, the sleep caught up to me.
