Ash pov

I put on the nice clothes I got yesterday and slipped on some shoes. Splashing water on my face I looked at my reflection, what if I mess up? I shook my head, how can I think that it's with Serena I know it'll be fun. Just take a deep breath.

I grab some of the roses that I bought this morning and walked over to the room that she was staying in.

Taking a deep breath I knocked on her door, when she open the door my mouth dropped. She had her hair up in a bun showing her beautiful face. She also had a short hearted red dress on with shiny red shoes to match.

"You look gorgeous," I said in awe as she smiled. I felt my heart beat faster as my face began to heat up. "Thank you you look hot- sorry I mean hansom," Serena stutter looking at the ground with an adorable blushing face.

I laughed. "Why thank you ma'am, here I got these for you," I hand her the roses. "They're almost as Beautiful as you are," this caused her to blush harder.

Taking the roses gently out of my hand she got out of vase and filled it up with water. she put the roses in in and turned to look at me, "thank you."

Her face was still so pink making me blush,"you're so cute when you blush." She poked my cheeks, "so are you." I had a strong urge to kiss her, but I didn't the last thing I wanted was to make Serena uncomfortable.

"Are you ready to go," I asked as I grabbed her hand she smirked. "Yes I'am, what I want to know is where we'll be going."

"I guess you'll have to wait and find out." I wrapped a bandanna around her eyes so she couldn't see. Then walked her out of the hospital to the park where I had set up a picnic, I walked over to the blanket and sat her down on it.

I had let a few candles, and packed sandwiches with strawberry cheesecakes. The sunset had picked the perfect time to come out it was a beautiful pink and orange. Of course I didn't come up with this all by myself, Bonnie help me a little bit. Just a little bit.

Taking off Serena's bandanna, a large smile grew on her face. "Oh ash it's perfect." Satisfied with my answer I started pulling out the sandwiches.

"You ready to eat," I asked handing her the sandwich as she grabbed it I started to unwrap mine. "So... are you doing OK, I mean after what happened with that guy... Sorry you probably don't want to talk about it do you?"

Dang it's Ash, you had open up your stupid big mouth. Great now I've already messed things up.

"Actually I've been wanting to get it off my chest all the things that happened to me. And I felt like... That you would be the only one that I could tell. " I hope she's not just saying that to be nice, I don't want her to feel like she is forced into telling me.

"I felt so lonely, he would hit me a Lot, to prove that he was the one in control. I felt alone and scared, I didn't know what he was going to do to me and I hated it. But I didn't give up hope, because I knew that you were going to come for me. Ash... I really love you, I don't want you to ever leave."

Tears spilled from her eyes and I hugged her, "I would never leave you, even if you disappeared I would look everywhere for you. I wouldn't give up until I found you, I would never give up on something that I love so much."

She smiled, holding my hand we both started to lean forward until both of our
lips touched. Her soft lips touch mine, and I could taste the strawberry Chapstick. My heart skipped a beat she put her around arms my neck, and I put my hands around her waist as we continued to kiss.

Pulling away we both smiled that each other, one thing for sure is this was the best date ever. We started to eat and talk about a bunch of things catching up to what happened while I was unconscious. We had the funniest conversation my ribs are hurting so bad from laughing so hard.

After a while we laid down on the grass watching the sunset. I never wanted this to end. But after it started getting dark I gathered up the stuff and walked Serena home. "Bye Serena," she waved goodbye as she stepped into the doorway. "I hope it will be just as fun next time." She smiled then, Closed the door.
