Running. That's what I saw him doing. He had just murdered my only family, at least that's what she told me. Now seeing her, in my arms, dead. I couldn't believe it, not ever.

I looked up, pleading to Arceus but more to anything or anyone to help me. Help her. I stared into the mahogany brown oak wood floor above, just hoping she would come back to life, just so that I could hear her once again. Even though I didn't like it, I miss her telling me to change my underwear.

" pikaaa" pikachu said in a low and sad voice, mimicking my emotions and feelings. I looked around and through the blur of my vision, due to my tears, I was just inside my house right inside the front door holding my own dead mother carefully in my arms.

Flashback

" pikachu, do you think mum might be disappointed with our place in the Unova league?" I asked my yellow mouse friend.

"Pika pi" pikachu replied while shaking his head.

" Your right, pikachu as always" I said with a smile ear to ear.

" attention all passengers, we will be landing soon so please stay in your seats and fasten your seatbelts"

"Alright, pikachu we are finally here!" I shouted excitedly.

" chu pi!" Pikachu exclaimed while air punching, equal to my energy.

With only one thing on my mind we set off for home. If I can even call it that anymore. It's more of my second home with adventure and the roads as my primary home now.

"Okay, that was your stomach this time" I said and pointed straight at the yellow mouse on my left shoulder with a smirk on my face.

"Pika-chu" pikachu said back in a low and defeated voice. "Pii-ka, pi-ka" pikachu managed to chuckle out while now pointing at me because my stomach had just reciprocated the noise pikachu's made.

" I guess it has been a while since we ate" I said and scratched the back of my head with a chuckle because both me and pikachu are just so used to it.

" so what do you fancy today, pikachu?" I asked him while thinking of the different places in the airport we could eat at.

"Pika" pikachu said as swift as a lightning strike, while also apparently using waterfall with his mouth to confirm to me, and to giratina's distortion world, what he wanted. "pika!" pikachu said and took off following the sweet scent of berry mix.

"of course" I said while shaking my head and looking straight at the fast food restaurant in front of me, Pokemacs, maybe it wasn't berry mix.

Time skip

" pi ka" pikachu said.

" cheat!" I shouted and started sprinting after him. Not only did that cheeky mouse get a head start but he used quick attack as well.

"Pikaaa!" Pikachu screamed.

"Look you used quick attack. Quick attack! I can't use a move yet you claim it as a victory. You know, next year I'm getting the head start" I said a little angry.

I opened the already partly opened wood gate. Now my happy and partly angry emotions turned straight into confusion since mum always kept the gate shut, no matter what. Me and pikachu both walked along the stony path leading up to the front door slowly and cautiously.

We got to the happy and cheerful welcome mat. I looked down at pikachu and he looked up at me, we both stared into each other's eyes with worry as I, yet again, fully pushed open the partially opened door.
