I want to thank everyone, yet again, for voting on past chapters and some new people supporting this book in other means. Personally I think it's below average, but that's my opinion. Just want to thank -

For being the newest to comment and vote. :D Sorry for the other three who have also given me support, it just seems sad to me if I keep mentioning and tagging you every chapter. I don't want to keep annoying you by repeatedly tagging you in every chapter to show my appreciation, but if you feel different, please, don't hesitate to leave me a very special hate comment over here --->

I would also love everyone's opinion on the battle last chapter, personally I think it was very linear and boring to read, even though its purpose wasn't meant to be exciting, but... lets just hope I can improve on battles for the future.

Anyway, enough of my rambling, onto the story...

---

I had one thought on my mind which was when they were going to tell me this 'plan'. We filtered out of the pyramid with Brandon, of course, leading the way. The pyramid king had a very dated book in his hands that looked like it would break as easily as snapping a twig.

We walked and walked, mostly in silence. I thought that the other frontier brains knew exactly what Brandon was doing and didn't want to distract him, only whispering to each other at the back of the group, so I copied them.

We followed this road, Brandon's eyes not leaving the pages. We came up to a tree line that was, surprisingly, in a perfectly straight line as if as a warning or for protection. Brandon didn't stop to look at the suspiciously straight tree line, neither did he stop when walking into the dense forest.

Wow I knew he had skills but this is surely something else I thought while observing the king who still didn't avert his gaze from the book down in front of him. I honestly don't know how the man was still reading the book because the forest only got thicker as we got deeper. The light from above was slowly fading, fighting to get through the leaves and plants of the forest. Bug type pokemon could be seen crawling up and down trees. There were butterfree gliding their way from tree to tree.

"Misty would LOVE this." I muttered under my breath while chuckling.

"Say something, boy?" Brandon asked while STILL looking down at the book.

I brushed several tea green leaves out of my face and answered, "No."

"Good." Was all Brandon said back, but honestly I wasn't looking for a conversation.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked to my right. There was Anabel giving me the same pitiful look from before. This got me annoyed. I don't need people trying to make me feel better or thinking they're helping when they're not! I thought. I clenched my fists and punched the nearest tree. The impact startled bug types who scurried away in fear and Anabel, who took a step back in shock. Brandon stopped walking and looked up from his attraction with one eyebrow raised. The rest of the frontier brains also looked towards me, in worry and or curiosity.
