"Shit," Jimin whispered, trying to hide his face with the sleeve of his sweater.
"What is it, hyung?" Taehyung tried to turn around to look at what Jimin was looking at, but Jimin slapped his wrist.
"Don't look. It's Yoongi." Jimin eyed the mint-haired man who stood at the counter with his arms crossed over his chest. He wore a leather jacket with black skinny jeans, along with black glasses. (A/N: Mint-haired Yoongi in glasses looks like a whole snack). Yoongi was one of the people in Jungkook's group. For the most part, he didn't partake in any of the bullying, he just watched and laughed along sometimes. Plus, his glare could turn Medusa herself into stone. "I don't think he can see you. If you just stay in your seat and don't turn around, he should leave in a minute."
Just then, the mint-haired boy glanced in their direction and smirked before turning back to Jin, placing his order. "Fuck, he saw me. Come on, Yoongi, just leave. don't make a scene," Jimin prayed quietly.
"Hey. Jimin, right?" Yoongi approached the table, cup of coffee in hand. Jimin nodded. "Do you happen to be good at math? If I fail Ms. Chen's class one more time my parents are going to kill me." He looked at the other seat, noticing the brown haired boy, who was trying so hard to hide his face with his hand. "Oh, forgive me! I didn't realize that you and Taehyung were on a date! I'll let you get back to your makeout session." Yoongi chuckled lightly before he started to walk towards the door.
"Yoongi hyung, wait!" Jimin jumped out of his seat. Yoongi turned his head back with an annoyed look on his face. "Um, I am absolutely awful at math, but my friend is a math wiz, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping. I can introduce you two if you want." Jimin was proud of himself for not letting his voice shake in Yoongi's presence.
Yoongi contemplated for a minute before walking over to Jimin. He slipped the younger a piece of paper. "Fine. Set it up and text me the details." He opened the door and Jimin listened to the sound of the bells as he sat down, his heart racing. "Oh, and Jimin?" The boy's head whipped again to see Yoongi standing in the doorway. "If you or your little boyfriend mention this to anybody, I will beat the shit out of you myself. Have a nice day." He smiled wickedly before finally exiting the shop.
Jimin released the breath he didn't realize he was holding. "He's gone, Taehyung. You don't have to hide anymore."
"God, Jimin. He thinks we're dating! He's going to mention it to Jungkook and I'm dead." Jimin could see Taehyung starting to shake nervously in his seat.
"It will be okay, Tae. I'll be with you. I will protect you." The younger nodded, tears threatening to fall again. "Don't you dare cry! You cry, I cry, and I refuse to cry in public."
Taehyung started to wipe his tears away, laughing quietly. "I'm sorry, hyung. I should probably head home to work on my homework."
"That sounds fun," Jimin replied sarcastically. "I have lots of homework too."
"Fuck high school," Taehyung chuckled while wiping his face with a napkin. "Let's go."

A/N: The good stuff will be coming soon, don't you worry! ;)
Also, here is a picture of how I picture Yoongi in this story, because he looks incredible (like always, but you get the idea).
