THIRD PARTY POV
(At the coffee shop)
Ding!
The bell above the door rang as the three boys walked in. They were greeted by a cheerful Hoseok.
"Ah, hello! Welcome in, what can I get for you?" Hoseok smiled, his gaze flicking from Yoongi to Jungkook to Taehyung, and back to Yoongi.
Yoongi stood there staring at Hoseok for a second before clearing his throat. "Um, I'll have a black coffee with three creams and three sugars."
"Caramel frappuccino!" Both Jungkook and Taehyung said at the same time, before looking at each other, their eyebrows knitted together.
Hoseok nodded, typing their orders onto the register. "Okay, the total for all of that is $17.51."
Yoongi pulled out his wallet and handed the other a $20. "Keep the change." He walked off, trying to hide the blush that tinted his cheeks.
After sitting at the table for a few minutes, Hoseok brought their drinks to the table, smiling brightly at Yoongi before he walked off.
"So," Yoongi questioned. "Why did we bring Taehyung along?"
Jungkook shrugged. "I was in an unusually good mood, I guess. I decided to be nice."
Yoongi eyed Taehyung, watching as the younger's eyes dropped slightly as Jungkook replied.
Yoongi turned his attention back to Jungkook. "He's gay, though. Why would we want to be seen with a gay person?" Yoongi was almost hoping Jungkook would be honest about his feelings, as opposed to utilizing a cover like he has been doing.
Jungkook chuckled. Taehyung squirmed in his seat a little bit, looking uncomfortable. He had hardly touched his drink. "That's a good point, hyung. My reputation could be shattered if somebody were to see us. But if somebody we know shows up, I'll just start punching Taehyung here to make it exciting."
Yoongi nodded. He glanced over quickly at Hoseok who was behind the counter helping another customer. God, he really is beautiful. Yoongi pinched his arm, hoping he was dreaming. But he wasn't. He kept stealing glances, admiring Hoseok's jawline and heart-shaped lips.
"Yoongi!" Jungkook shouted as the older whipped his head back forward.
"Oh, sorry. I zoned out for a bit. What were we talking about?"
"Why were you staring at the waiter?" Jungkook gasped, somewhat sarcastically. "Min Yoongi, are you into him?"
"God no," Yoongi scoffed. Yes, I am. I am really fucking into him.
"Good, because you know how it is. If you're gay I automatically can't stand you. Gay people make me sick." He leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms, smirking.
"I-I don't feel good, I think I'm going to head home." Taehyung said, getting out of his chair. Yoongi could see Taehyung's watery eyes. His stomach dropped a little as he watched. He felt bad for Taehyung, just a little bit. It couldn't be easy having everyone know that you're gay. And having the male you care about being clouded by cowardice and not admitting it to himself or others that he is also gay.
"See you at school, Taehyung." Yoongi gave a small smile to the other, who nodded in response before leaving.
Jungkook looked at his hands on the table for a minute in silence before speaking up. His voice sounded dry suddenly. "So Tiffany keeps calling me wanting to go out again. I'm running out of ideas to blow her off. What do you think I should do?"
"Maybe you should be honest with her and tell her you're not interested?"
"Well, I am kind of interested. I mean, have you seen her ass? Wowza! I would bang the shit out of that ass."
Yoongi cringed. "Too much detail, Jungkook. If you're so interested, why do you keep blowing her off?"
The younger shrugged. "I don't know. We kissed and I just didn't feel anything. I don't know if I want to waste the time with her. She's not the one for me."
Yoongi's eyes went wide. "You're kidding me right? Are you feeling okay?" He reached across the table, feeling Jungkook's forehead, checking for a fever. "Is this related to our conversation from the other day?"
Jungkook swatted the other's hand away. "I feel fine. I just don't feel like wasting the time with somebody that I know I'll just end up dumping after a few weeks or months anyway. If I know it won't go anywhere, I don't want to bother with it. She just didn't do it for me. Her ass wasn't enough to keep me interested, I guess." He purposefully ignored the second half of Yoongi's question.
Yoongi laughed, stealing another glance at the beautiful man behind the counter. "You really have changed, Jungkook. I must say, I like the new you."
The boys walked out of the coffee shop, before Yoongi hit himself in the head with his hand. "Fuck, Jungkook. I forgot my phone. Wait here, I'll go grab it." Yoongi ran back inside, going straight up to the counter. Hoseok was chatting with another employee, so Yoongi took out the receipt and wrote, pushing it further up the counter, where Hoseok would see it and get the idea.
As Yoongi walked out, he saw Hoseok looking at the note and smiling through the reflection.
Hoseok,
My house tonight, 6:00 PM? I'll order a pizza and we can work on some math.Yoongi

A/N: Sorry y'all, I had to throw in some Yoonseok. I can't help it.🤷🏼♀️
Plus, it is Suga's birthday still (for a few more hours where I live) so I wanted him to have a happy moment in my stories.
