Taehyung woke up feeling disoriented. His head pounded, and his eyes felt heavy. When his eyes adjusted to the light, he sat up. Where the hell am I? He slowly took the warm covers off, noticing that he was still fully dressed, and walked into the living room. He heard the front door open and close, and then footsteps approaching. He backed away slowly, running into the wall. He winced at the pain in his shoulders. Why am I so sore?

Taehyung stood in the corner quietly until the owner of the footsteps appeared, making Taehyung feel relieved. "Kookie?" His voice was small.

Jungkook turned around quickly before giving a small smile. "Taehyung! I didn't realize you were awake."

"What happened? Why did I wake up in your bed and why does my body hurt so bad?" Taehyung didn't move from his spot in the corner. (A/N: this lowkey reminds me of the end of their homemade Spine Breaker video where Jin is just sitting in the corner).

Jungkook walked closer to Taehyung. "You don't remember?" Taehyung shook his head. "You went to work on your project at the library with Sehun. I don't know what happened after that, but I got a call from you, and you were asking for help."

Taehyung felt the tears coming back. He sat down on the floor, shaking as his memories of his almost-rape came back to him. "Oh my God. I was hoping I dreamed that." His eyes showed no emotion as he let the tears fall from his eyes.

Jungkook sat down next to him. "I wish it was too." He sighed, putting his hand on top of Taehyung's. They sat like that, in silence, for a few minutes before Jungkook jumped up. "Anyway, I just picked up some chocolate donuts for you, if you're hungry."

Jungkook watched as Taehyung's face lit up, eyes shining despite the tears. "You did?"

"Just for you, baby. Because you love chocolate so damn much." He reached out his hand, helping Taehyung up. He turned around to head to the kitchen when he felt hands wrap around his waist.

"Thank you for everything, Kookie." Taehyung put his cheek on Jungkook's back. Jungkook put his hands on top of Taehyung's, which reached around to his stomach. "I-I don't know why my life is shitty and bad stuff keeps happening to me, but at least I have you."

"You're welcome, Tae. Now, as much as I love this, the donuts are probably getting cold. I had them make a fresh batch just for you." Jungkook smiled as he saw Taehyung skip into the kitchen. Man that boy sure loves chocolate.

Taehyung took a huge bite out of his first donut, moaning slightly as the chocolate flavor filled his mouth. "Oh my God it's delicious. Better than my chocolate chip waffles." Taehyung said, still chewing his food. He smiled, making Jungkook's heart flutter, despite the chocolate covering his teeth. "You have to try this!" He handed his half-eaten to Jungkook, who took a small bite, not wanting to steal all of Taehyung's food. "Oh come on, Kookie! That's not a bite! Take a nice, healthy-sized bite!"

Jungkook laughed before taking the rest of the donut and chewing it. His eyes got big as the chocolate cream inside melted in his mouth. "Holy crap!" He exclaimed. "That is way better than the waffle!"

They sat there eating donuts until they were both full and rubbing their stomachs on the couch. "Thank you, Kookie. It means a lot that you went out of your way to buy me donuts, and have them baked just for me."

Jungkook leaned in and kissed Taehyung lightly on the temple. "I would do just about anything for you, TaeTae."

Taehyung flashed a smile at Jungkook, who smiled back until he saw something change in Taehyung's eyes. A look of sheer terror. He grabbed his hands. "Taehyung? What is it?"

"I stayed the night here."

"Yes. You fell asleep during the movie, so I put you in my bed and I slept on the couch."

"Oh my God I'm dead." Taehyung's face went pale.

"What? Why? Taehyung, what is going on?" Jungkook started to feel panicked.

"I missed curfew by like eight hours, Jungkook! My dad kicks me once for every ten minutes. I'm freaking dead." Taehyung squeezed Jungkook's hands tightly, so tight Jungkook had to fight back tears.

"I'm sure it will be fine, Taehyung. Maybe if you explain what happened, he'll understand."

Taehyung just shook his head, dejected. "He won't care. He never cares." He stood up, bending down to give Kookie a long kiss, before grabbing his backpack and walking out the door.

Jungkook sat on his couch still in shock. He licked his lips where Taehyung had kissed him. The familiar taste of strawberries flooded his mouth, but this time it was accompanied with chocolate and the saltiness from Taehyung's tears.

"No one will ever love you!" He shouted before punching Taehyung in the stomach. "You think that he loves you but he doesn't! He never will! Nobody can ever love a failure like you."

The tears burned into the cut on Taehyung's cheek. He didn't have any words left to spare on his father. He didn't want to waste his breath anymore. His father took this the wrong way and threw Taehyung to the ground, causing the boy to hit his head on the hardwood floors, groaning in pain. His vision had black spots and stars.

The front door of the apartment slammed open and Jungkook came storming in, his eyes catching Taehyung's before he turned to his father. "What the fuck are you doing to him?" Jungkook yelled.

"Jungkook," Taehyung could barely talk above a whisper. "Don't, he'll hurt you." Taehyung coughed, wincing at the pain in his ribs.

"You don't love your little boyfriend," Taehyung's father spat. "He's just a pawn in all of your games." He took the knife in his hand, which was covered in tomato juice from the tomatoes he had been cutting, and stabbed the kitchen table with it. "You're taking advantage of him. My son is not gay."

"Sir," Jungkook put his hands up in defense. "I'm sorry, but he is. And I do love him. He started as a pawn but now he is so much more to me. I care about him a lot. Please don't hurt him." Jungkook begged.

Taehyung's father burst into laughter before he walked to his son, picking him up by the collar, slamming him back into the ground. Jungkook's heart sank as he listened to Taehyung's painful cries. Jungkook couldn't hold the anger back anymore. He stormed to his father and punched him in the jaw.

Taehyung's father's eyes turned almost pitch black when he smirked at the youngest. "Wow, you're ballsy, aren't you kid?"

Jungkook was panting as he went to punch the man again, over and over. He was being splattered with some blood from the punches. Jungkook could faintly hear Taehyung begging for him to stop, and Jungkook stepped back, honoring his boyfriend's wishes. He wiped sweat from his brow and started to walk over to his boyfriend, trying to get him out of the apartment. He was bent over Taehyung when his eyes went wide, making Jungkook confused until he felt a sharp pain in his back.

Taehyung jumped up from his bed, sweat covering his brow, tears stinging his cheeks. He grabbed his phone off of his nightstand and dialed Jungkook, despite the fact that it was 3:15 AM. A few rings in, Jungkook picked up, his voice heavy with sleep.

"Taehyung?"

"K-Kookie." Taehyung sobbed, unable to control his racing heart.

"What's wrong, Tae? What happened?" Jungkook's voice was laced with concern.

"I-I had a dream."

"Did you want to come over? I can try to help you sleep?"

Taehyung thought about it for a minute. His father was away on business in America, so he was all alone in the apartment.

"If that's okay, I'd love to come over."

"Okay, baby. You remember the address?" Taehyung hummed in affirmation. Jungkook sent a kiss through the phone before hanging up.

Taehyung climbed out of his warm covers, slipping on some shoes and grabbing his keys before beginning the walk to his boyfriend's house.

Sorry not sorry. Don't hate me. Fluff coming up maybe?
