Chapter 7: Whats Up?

Emily's P.O.V:

Jack J: Hey I have to talk to you.

Me:  Yeah sure what is it?

Jack J: I.. I.. like you Em.

     When I got that text. I wasn't surprised because Matt already told me.

Me: I know Matt told me. But I wanted to tell you I just want to be friends.

    It took awhile for Jack to text me back but than he said.

Jack J: Oh.. Okay I understand. I just wanted you to know.

     I felt like it was bad that all of he guys liked me. But I am in love with Shawn and nothing can chamge that. Than my phone rang. I picked it up and there was a women on the other line.

Me: Hello?

Person: Oh is this Emily Espinosa?

Me:  Yes what can I do for you?

Person: Oh we wanted to know if we can fligh you to Island Records this Wednesday to record your frist album with Shawn Mendes?

   I completely forgot about this call that Shawn was talkig about.

Me:  Yes of course I'd love that!

Person: Okay amazing. We are going to email you the plane ticket and more information about the record lable soon.

   I was soo excited and couldn't wait.

Me: Thank you soo much thank you thank you!!!!!!

Person: You're welcome! See you soon.

    I'm so happy. I texted Jack J about it because I forgot to text him back.

Me: Guess who is going to New York on Wednesday!?

Jack J: You!?

Me: Of course I'm going to write my first album!!!

Jack J: Thats amazing I'm proud of you Em. Good luck!

Me: Thank you! I have to go ttyl. c:

Jack J:  Okay bye!! ^~^ Talk to you tomorrow Em!

   I was happy. I couldn't believe all the things that were happening to me. But I also felt bad for Jack because he liked me. But I didn't like him. We were in the car and my mom than asked me "So that Shawn guy!" I was so embarresed because she always does this when I like a guy. "Yeah mom I'm dating him and he's coming back with Matt." my mom stopped the car and said "You're dating him? Since when did you take that risk? He must mean something very special to you." Rosie was than laughing because she knew somethings because of what I told her.

Jack J's P.O.V:

   I had to tell her because I didn't think she knew. So than I got her number from Nash and Nash said "What the fuck!? Why do you want her number!?" I was pretty shocked because he seemed jealous. Than I said "Because I need to talk to her. Its important alright?" than Nash gave it to me. And thats when I texted her when she told me she wasn't interested it kind of hurt me because I was interested in her. So than I thought you know what just give up. Its not like she'll ever like you. She's in love with Shawn.

Emily's P.O.V:

   We finally pulled up on the street of my house and Rosie was with me. My mom than said "I have a surprise for you!" than I saw Rosie smiling next to me. Than my mom opened up the garage and there was a black Jeep. I was screaming and jumping up and down. Than she said "I'm goving you this because you went to Magcon and came back pretty better than before. I'm proud of you Em." than I gave her a hug and said "Thank you soo much Mom! I love you!!" I than got in the car and Rosie got into. And she said "I didn't know you knew how to drive?" than I said "Yeah I learned before my dad went to the bussiness trip. " than Rosie looked at me and said "What!? No way! I would've been there!" than I looked at Rosie and said "Nope because I thought it was best that you weren't there." than Rosie looked at me with puppy dog eyes and said "Oh that makes sense.." than her phone rung and she looked down and she got a text I moved my head over to see before I start the car. And than she started laughing. I was still looking over her shoulder to see who she was texting. Before I started the car. Than I saw and it was Matt. Than I stopped the cars engine and said "Rose when did you start talking to Matt and flirting with him?" than she covered her mouth and said "Im... Im.. not talking to Matt. Pshh." than I said "Really? Because I see you texting my brother. Wait are you guys dating!?" than Rosie looked st me wide eyed with her jaw open and said "No! What I can't be friends with him!?" than I said "No you its just I don't want you hurt by my idiot brother." than I started the engine. Than she said "Well I'm not so don't worry about it." than I stopped at a stop sign and than I said "Alright." than Rosie said "He said to pick him up right now that there second day got cancelled. And that he's home." than I jumped in my seat and said "Okay awesome and ohy gosh I get to see Shawn!!" than Rosie smiled and said "Yup!" poping the P. Than we were driving to the airport. Thats when I put on the radio and it sound great. Than I pulled onto the parkinglot of the airport and than Rosie said "There they are.." she said smiling than she ran to Matt hugging him. It was weird. Than I saw Shawn and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
