Chapter 9: Late Night!

Emily's P.O.V:

We finally got to my house and I grabbed my keys and opened the door and there was mom.

"Hey, Mom this is-" I got inturrupted which I hated and he knew that! "Shawn. I'm Shawn. Its a pleasure to meet you Mrs.Espinosa." he said shaking her hand.

My mom smiled at him and shaked his hand back and said "The pleasure is all mine. But its great to meet you. Oh Rosie your mother called me and said she wants you home. Do you need a ride?"

I looked at Rosie and Rosie looked at me. "Yes. Can Em give me a ride?" my mom looked perfectly fine with it. "Of course. Matt take Shawn to the guest room and Em take Rosie home?" I looked at my mom grining. "Okay." Shawn looked at me and than he spoke up. "Mrs. Espinosa can I go with Em and Rosie?" my mom smiled and said "Of course!"

Shawn couldn't stop smiling gosh he was cute! "Okay thank you!" Matt looked at my mom and said "So can you tell me why you didn't get me a jeep?" I was laughing when he said that.

"Uhh. Well remember Emily didn't get anythig for her birthday Matthew." Rosie was laughing now because Matt got called by his full name. "Alright. I guess ts fair but you should've made us share at least."

Mom was laughing. "No. And go put Shawn's stuff upstairs now. And Emily remember no texting and driving and-"

"Yeah I know. I know. Seatbelt." she than looked at me and gave me a hug and told me she loved me and I said "Okay love you too. Be back."

I finally shut the door and got in the car with Shawn and Rosie. I turned on the radio and "One by Ed Sheeran" came on and I turned it up and stopped at the stop sign and sang to Shawn "All my senses come to life.." and went on he laughed and kissed me unexpectly. "Sorry. Couldn't help myself." I laughed and said "Its okay." I couldn't help but smile at the road. Rosie than stopped my thoughts and said "Right here Em! Did you forget where I lived or something?" I laughed at her and gave her a hug and said bye.

Than I felt someone touch my hand I turned my head to see Shawn. He was smiling. "Is this okay? Because I don't want to rush anything okay?" I laughed and said "Its perfect." he smiled leaning in "Sorry but no time for kissing right now gotta get home." I laughed and started the engine and drove home. As soon as we got home Shawn grabbed my hand "You know I never got to take you out on. a date right?" I looked at him in shock and remembered that he hasn't. "Yup thats true." he laughed as I opened the door "Babe I'm taking you out tomorrow." I open the door and there was pissed off Matt. "Okay. Matt what the fuck are you doing up!?" Matt took out his phone and said "Making sure you got home safe." I knew that wasn't the truth but I took it in anyway. "Alright, well I'm going to bed night Babe night Matt." I looked at Matt and Matt looked at me. "Okay night Em. Night Matt. Sorry for making you stay up bro." Shawn said . Matt looked at him "Its alright night man."

I waited for Shawn to go up first than I heard his door close. "What the fuck!? Do you seriously not trust me enough to leave me alone with my own boyfriend Matt!?" he looked at me angry. "Well that's what happens when you read Rosie's texts!"

I thought alright well I guess were even no promises. "Sorry I'm protecting her because I know you Matt." than we heard footsteps it was Shawn. "Babe your mom is asleep. And Matt its not like I was going to do anything with your sister because I wasn't so night."

As soon as Shawn left we started to laugh and we said our I love you's and I did the normal night routine.

I than went to bed. But I had a nightmare.

NightMare:

"No please you can't take Shawn away from me please!?" This man in a labcoat than said "Fine if we don't take him than we shall kill you!" I saw the knife come to my chest but Shawn than screamed "No! Em please stay with me here!" than the labcoat guy said "No she's made her decision to die!"

End of NightMare

Thats when I woke up. I was sweating and crying. Than I decided to get out of my bed check my phone and saw it was 2:17am. (Sorry thats what time it is right now that I'm writing.)

I went to the bathroom washed my hands and I went into the guest room. There was Shawn sound asleep.

I than crawled to his bed and layed next to him. "Babe you okay?" Shawn mumbled in his sleep. Awwh thats so cute. "Yeah I just had a nightmare. But I'm gonna sleep here." he than smiled in his sleep and said "Okay don't worry about it. It was just a dream night Em I love you." and he put his arms around my waist and held me close. "Love you too Babe." and thats when I fell asleep. Right in his arms. It felt right. And comfortable.
