Chapter 12: Can't Believe This.

Matts P.O.V:

After the guys left Emily wouldn't come out of her room. So I went in. She was crying. I knew this was going to happen I knew she was going to get hurt. I wish she didn't get hurt by those guys. Especially Nash. She was in her bed and she was facing the window. She than turned around. "Em, I know things aren't going so great right now and I hope you know I understand how you feel and I understand if you want to throw a bunch of things at me for being a bad brother. But, I promise I won't let those guys hurt you again. Maybe, we should go get some ice cream to help you take your mind off of Shawn." She than sat up and cried into my shoulder harder. I felt bad I wanted to help her. But I didn't know how. Until, I came up with the perfect idea. She than sniffled a little, "Matt, I just don't feel at my best right now I want to get back with Shawn. I miss him. I need him. And none of this would've never happen if I just had listened to you. You know what this is kind of your fault too because you should've protected me! Why didn't you protect me Matt!?" she screamed at me. I felt bad. But also pissed. "Em I'm sorry this isn't my fault I told you, you were the dumbass to fall for Shawn and Nash I told mom this would happen and now its my fault for what you did!? No Emily, its your own fault for making those mistakes. Don't get me wrong I feel terrible but there is nothing I can do." She than pushed me and said, "I want you out of my room now! I hate you! You should've protected me." I than took a step outside of her room.

Than I thought to myself who would she want to see right now? Who would make her happy right now? Than it hit me. Jack J! I than took out my iphone and called Jack he picked up so fast. "Hey whats up Matt?" I than said "I need you to come to my house now I know you guys are busy and its late and stuff but can you get here like now?" he than laughed and said "Sure." I than said "Alright cool." while I was waiting for Jack J I decided to go eat something. I than heard the doorbell ring I ran to the door and there was Jack J. "Hey whats up? Is there something wrong with Emily?" he seemed so concerned about Emily that I wasn't sure if he still liked her or not. "Yeah she's upstairs and you and Aaron seem pretty close to her so you think you can cheer her up she's mad at me so can you?" after I said that he nodded his head and went upstairs "Jack." he than turned around "Thanks man." after I said that to him he just smiled and nodded and went upstairs.

Jack J's P.O.V:

After Matt called me all the guys were awake. I was scared because I knew one of them were going to ask me where I was going and I couldn't tell them. So I made up an excuse. A bad one. I knew it was bad because as soon as I was putting me vans on Aaron sat up and said "Alright where are you going?" and in that moment we were all watching a movie in one hotel room. I than looked at the door and than Aaron, "Uhhh, to sleep you know I'm tired." he than looked at me confused because it was only 10 and when Matt called me no one heard because they were all to busy laughing because of what Nash did. "Okay? Are you sure you're okay Jack?" when Aaron asked me that all the guys were staring at me and Aaron having this conversation I than said, "Yeah. I just want to sleep you guys get it. Right?" they all nodded there heads even Aaron. "Okay, alright night Jack." Aaron said night to me and so did the rest of the guys and than I walked out the door and there was Cameron. All I could think about was him finding out. Thats when I finally said something "I'm going to sleep bro night." I walked right past him when I said that he than told me night and I pretended like I was opening my door to the room. When I saw him going into the other room I walked out of mine and went to the rented car that me and the guys got and went to Matts house. When he opened the door he seemed scared and worried like he didn't know what to do now. When I was going upstairs I knocked on Em's door. And she came and opened it and there was that beautiful smile.

She than gave me a hug and I gave her one back. She than said "I know a lot of things are going on but I just had to hug you. Thank you for coming I really needed you." I than gave her a smirk, "Em you don't need me you need to get over those guys. I know you love Shawn and I don't know if you love Nash. But if you really loved Shawn you'd give him some space." she than made a sheepish laugh and said "You and Matt and the rest of the guys will never understand will you!?" she yelled at I was so surprised. "Emily, its not that we just want to protect you." she than started to push me "No you don't! You and Matt never cared!" when she was saying all of this to me she was hitting me and pushing me. But in a way a girl is mad but not to mad. I than grabbed her hands and pinned her down and said, "Emily, I have always loved you like you are my sister please don't get mad and upset at me and Matt for trying to help you. Because we love you Emily, and Matt and I would never only want you to ourselves because we love you to much to do that to you. Please hear me out." she than stopped fighting me. And looked at me. She was trying to lean in but I wouldn't let her I moved my head. "No, I can't do this to Nash, Matt, and Shawn." she than looked at me and said "Right. You care about me as a brother and sister way and I'm in love with Shawn. Sorry." We than sat up and she walked to her bed and layed down and I layed next to her and wrapped my arms around her and said "Everything is going to be fine. I promise." She than fell asleep in my arms.
